Infinity Learn is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager – Academic Delivery / Operations to lead and scale our academic delivery processes across online and hybrid learning models.

Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Delivery Management
- Oversee end-to-end academic operations across Online, Hybrid, and Offline formats.
- Drive consistency and quality in learning delivery and teaching standards.
- Ensure timely course completion, session delivery, and adherence to academic calendars.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of Academic Managers, Program Coordinators, and Faculty.
- Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven team culture.
3. Process Optimization & SOPs
- Design, implement, and standardize SOPs for academic delivery and escalation management.
- Identify gaps and drive continuous process improvement for operational efficiency.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Content, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment of delivery outcomes with business objectives.
- Maintain strong communication channels between academic and non-academic functions.
5. Quality Assurance & Analytics
- Track key performance metrics such as student engagement, attendance, faculty feedback, and NPS scores.
- Leverage analytics and dashboards to enhance student outcomes and delivery efficiency.
6. Strategic Planning
- Contribute to strategic initiatives for new program launches, delivery innovations, and geographic expansion.
- Play a key role in scaling academic operations across new verticals and formats.

As the Delivery Manager, you will be the key driver of successful project deliveries, ensuring that our HR Tech SAAS solutions are implemented efficiently, meeting client expectations, and delivering tangible value. You will lead a dynamic team, foster collaboration, and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR Tech SAAS projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery phase, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns promptly.
- Team Management:
Build and lead a high-performing delivery team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
- Resource Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams to assess resource requirements for project delivery. Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project execution.
- Client Collaboration:
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and expectations. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance:
Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivered solutions meet high standards. Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess project quality.
- Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and challenges during project delivery and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively communicate risks to stakeholders and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Documentation:
Ensure comprehensive documentation of project deliverables, timelines, and client-specific details. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communication.
- Budget Management:
Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Provide regular budget updates to clients and stakeholders.
You are a desired candidate if you have:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in HR Tech SAAS or similar technology-driven domains.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and a positive team culture.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope.
- Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor, and summarize the progress of the project.
- Prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders regarding the status of the project.
- Work on the estimations for a given project.
- Identify the risks and provide a mitigation plan promptly.
- Generation of reports, invoices, and billing.
- People's Management includes ensuring optimal retention of talent and improving the performance of team members through continuous feedback.
Experience and Expertise:
- Overall 7-12 years of experience and at least 4 years of project delivery management experience.
- Should have worked on SaaS products and have experience in handling a team (at least 10-15).
- Sound knowledge of SDLC, and quality process with respect to delivery management.
- Experience in Mobile application development and programming knowledge is a plus.
- Good presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with customers at all levels
