Job Responsibilities

• Real-Time Monitoring: Utilize IBM BAM tools to monitor business processes and operations in real-time, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and corporate policies.
• Data Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies within processes.
• Reporting: Create and maintain personalized dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance, enabling informed decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes based on data-driven insights.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot issues by analyzing data patterns and generating alerts for anomalies or performance deviations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders, using clear visualizations to convey complex information effectively.

Required Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IBM BAM tools and related technologies; experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights from business activity monitoring.
• Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of how various business processes interconnect and affect overall performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, preferably with knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of  SW development experience, ideally engineering in Computer Science or equivalent degree.

• Object-oriented development experience
• ASP.NET web development experience
• Working experience with Microsoft .Net Core and Entity Framework
• Experience with Dapper Framework.
• Experience with Web APIs, and MVC
• Experience developing Unit Tests
• Experience with iterative development methodologies
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and JavaScript, XML, JQuery is essential
• Knowledge of Angular/ReactJs will be an added advantage
• Development activities will require to work with Microsoft .Net (C#), React, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and IIS
• Good experience with MS SQL development is essential - DML/DDL operations, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers
• Highly developed, process-oriented skills for troubleshooting, problem solving, and problem resolution
• Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) and strong customer focus.
