AWS Group Business Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 2 – 5 years of experience working on AWS-based production systems. This role strictly requires hands-on experience managing production databases (MongoDB / SQL).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure with focus on availability, security, and cost.
• Deploy and operate Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and containerized applications in production.
• Manage and scale production databases (backup, replication, performance tuning, upgrades).
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Manage MongoDB or SQL in high-scale environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Handle production incidents, on-call support, and RCA.
• Automate ops tasks using Bash / Python.

Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years of DevOps experience.
• Hands-on experience managing production databases (MongoDB or SQL).
• Strong AWS & Kubernetes (EKS) experience in production.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / ArgoCD), Terraform, Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Scripting: Bash / Python.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience with MongoDB is preferred, though candidates with solid SQL database experience will also be considered.

Planning, strategizing and executing SEO project along with the technical team  Performing exhaustive keyword analysis for the site In depth understanding and experience of On- site Off- site SEO  Managing and maximizing opportunities to increase targeted traffic to the website through a variety of SEO Process.  Performing Detailed and Rigorous competitor analysis  Ensure that the website is on top 5 for at least 50% of the keywords within 6 months  Content analysis and optimization, writing search engine optimized title tags, description tags  Team management especially off page SEO team  Directory sourcing for relevant industry and directory submission/ link building  Targeted keyword SEO to bring targeted visitors within a minimum time, to how the result within a month  Comfortable using Paid tools like SEMRUSH or Ahrefs or relevant tools  Content writing, wherever required  Co-ordinating with the Technology team to ensure implementation of all changes  Owning up all activities related to SEO right from keyword analysis, ranking, website page layout

• Work very closely with development teams to ensure technical specifications and final product meet business requirements. 
• Responsible for setting up and implementing test automation strategy from a Functional and Non-functional perspective for one module or multiple modules who you work with.
• Understand User Experience, design thinking, and its importance to product features.
• Responsible for the addition of new capabilities and features in the automation framework which is used by the entire QA team for test automation.

• +3 years of exposure to manual testing on different methodologies.
• Experience in generating test cases.
• QA knowledge in test automation for products or systems.
• Exposure to agile methodology, cross-browser testing, functional testing, Regression testing, and Performance testing.
• Prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
• Experience in generating Test Case documentation.
• Strong Knowledge of Test Automation, Software Testing, Selenium, TestNg, API Testing, Jmeter, Appium, and Cucumber 8. 8. Framework
• Good to have knowledge of Jenkins (CI)

• Must know how to design the theme

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for independently prospecting, identifying, developing, managing, and closing new business opportunities and achieve assigned revenue targets and profitability for the Technical Consulting/ Managed Services in the designated territory.

• Familiar with solution selling techniques and strong account management skills.
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets.
• Ability to communicate and influence people at all levels in an organization.
• Must have a good industry network and existing relationship with C-level contacts in Bangalore/South.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other related applications.
