Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design portfolio, demonstrate creativity, and have a passion for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Design logos, branding materials, and promotional collateral that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all design projects.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and concepts to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

●     Design and develop websites from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable

●     Code and implement custom themes, functions, and plugins using best practices and relevant coding standards.

●     Design and implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing websites

●     Create and update re-usable code libraries to streamline the WordPress development cycle

Requirements

●     3+ years’ experience working in web development and interface design.

●     In-depth WordPress experience with high-quality outcomes

●     Gutenberg block development experience.

●     Working knowledge of WordPress REST API or GraphQL.

●     Strong knowledge of current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, PHP/MySQL)

• Responsible to prepare the technical design of the components within the module (one or more of client/web presentation tier, server tier, data access and data model, integration component, package function customization)
• Proficient in articulating the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or component or design pattern versus another to the clients and project team and drives selection of technologies, designs to come up with the optimal architecture
• Drives the performance tuning, re-design and re-factoring for a module
• Contributes to designing and implementing the build, release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the application
• Implements (hands-on) the module components based on prevailing Framework and Open-source standards & its best practices.
• Mentors the team (people working on the module and other project team members) on technology concepts and best practices for design, implementation and other processes

Minimum Qualification

We are looking for someone having 4-7 years of experience in Android development with good work experience in writing & debugging Android applications, experience in OOPs fundamentals, Java, Kotlin, SQLite, MySQL database management system.

Responsibilities 

- Be involved in all aspects of development: playing a critical role in design, planning, development and deployment and help develop best practices for future development.

- Fast prototyping of proof-of concept features/applications based on a brief.

- Develop and maintain new features in Mobile Application development.

- Own the delivery of an entire piece of a system or application.

- Use technical knowledge and creative thinking to provide the most innovative solutions.

- Optimize the performance of the apps and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies.

Technical Skills

- Comprehensive understanding of Android application architecture, Activities, Services, Intents, Content.

- Strong Kotlin development experience

- Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME)

- Familiar with the Android SDK and Studio.

- Experience in web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) is desired.

- Architecture: MVP, MVC.
