We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Skill Development Sales Executive to promote and enroll candidates in skill development, training, and certification programs. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective learners, achieving admission targets, and building relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits.
• Promote skill development and training programs to students, job seekers, and working professionals.
• Counsel prospective candidates regarding courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in CRM systems.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and awareness campaigns in colleges and organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, NGOs, and corporate partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, government skill development initiatives, and training programme:

Must have Strong SQL skills (queries, optimization, procedures, triggers)

Must have Advanced Excel skills

Should have 3+ years of relevant experience

Should have Reporting + dashboard creation experience

Should have Database development & maintenance experience

Must have Strong communication for client interactions

Should have Ability to work independently

Positions-QA

Alteast 5-7 years of experience in testing customer facing popular web based apps is required.

Must know UI / API Automation. Have to be very good in Selenium.

Python experience is preferable.

Must have experience in leading QA for testing projects.

Certified tester ( CSTE / ISEB ) preferable.

High energy individuals with can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Must be familiar agile development practices.

Familiarity with Web application testing is required.

       Experience in testing and automating of web applications or Enterprise level applications will be added plus.

•  Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.

• Ensure all tech projects are delivered on time and are profitable
• Work with Account Managers to understand project requirements
• Analyse, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to the projects
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical team while ensuring each person on the team is actively working toward established milestones
• Hold daily technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Hold regular retrospectives to identify the positives and negatives of a project, and establish what the tech team can take forward from this
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for the technical team with support from the L&D team and CTO
• Be part of the recruitment and training of exceptional employees to fulfil posted positions within the tech team
• Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation

Qualifications 

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong credentials in software development and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated understanding of the software development lifecycle and Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience in mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork 
• Experience in applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for project management
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Professional Project Management Certification is an added advantage
