Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives for leading brands. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Candidates with prior BPO or customer interaction experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls (inbound and/or outbound) efficiently and professionally.
• Understand customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
• Work in rotational shifts with weekly offs as per process requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English; fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.
• Work Schedule:

5 days a week in International Process

6 days a week in Domestic Process, with rotational or fixed shifts depending on the assignment; rotational week offs may apply.

• Cab Facility: Two-way cab available for candidates within a 25 km radius of the office (where applicable).

Salary Range:

• Freshers – ₹25,000–₹26,000 CTC (₹20,000–₹21,000 take-home).
• Experienced – ₹26,000–₹30,000 CTC (₹21,000–₹25,000 take-home).

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential clients, including schools, colleges, and individual learners, to introduce them to our EdTech solutions.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive cold calling and follow-up on inquiries.
• Product Explanation: Clearly explain our offerings, address questions, and handle concerns to spark interest and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Security Architecture and Design:
• Design and implement security architectures for cloud-based and on-premise systems.
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies and solutions.

• Threat Detection and Response:
• Monitor security systems for intrusions and anomalies.
• Investigate security incidents and perform root cause analysis.

●     Aid students in formulating and executing effective job search plans, encompassing resume construction, cover letter composition, and interview readiness.

●     Administer and interpret career assessments to provide clients with valuable insights into their strengths, personality traits, and suitable career options.

●     Stay current with industry trends, labour market information, and emerging job opportunities to provide informed advice to clients.

●     Visit government schools to deliver career guidance to students and be open to community visits.

●     Develop and conduct workshops, webinars, or seminars on topics related to careers, such as networking, job search strategies, and professional development.

●     Maintain precise and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

●     Collaborate with team members and external partners to deliver comprehensive career support services.

●     Possess a solid understanding of the vocational and professional career landscape in Uttar Pradesh.

●     Demonstrate awareness of ground-level career awareness in India.

Qualifications:

●     Bachelor's degree in [relevant fields, e.g., Education, Sociology, Counselling, Psychology, Social Work and Human Resources]  (Master's degree is also preferred).

●     Proficiency in Odia, Hindi and English is a must.

●     Proven experience in career counselling or related roles, with a track record of helping clients achieve their career goals.

●     Strong knowledge of career development theories, job search strategies, and employment trends.

●     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

●     Proficiency in using career assessment tools and resources.

●     Familiarity with relevant software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and career management platforms.

●     Certification in career counselling or a related field (e.g., National Certified Counselor, Certified Career Development Facilitator) is a plus.

Other details:

·    Work week: Monday to Saturday

·    Work timings: 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

·    Remuneration: INR 15,000/- to INR 25,000/- per month (including a fixed remuneration and a variable bonus at 9:1 ratio along with 10% TDS deduction) + travel allowances as per HR policy.

·    Contract duration: 10 months (with a potential extension of 2 years subject to performance)

·    Legality of employment: Consultant

  Write high quality, structured application/interface code and documentation in YII framework

Design, develop, and maintain PHP based internal and external applications.

Work side by side with the end user/internal customer to develop, debug, and test application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results.
