What You’ll Be Doing 

• 🧑🏼‍💻 Build Quality Software: Build maintainable full stack apps with NextJS/React and NestJS/NodeJS powered by TypeScript 
• 🧪 Write Tests: Create comprehensive and effective tests to ensure code quality 
• 💻 Clean Code: Write self-explanatory, clean code that produces consistent, predictable results 
• 🚀 Frequent Releases: Make frequent, small releases to facilitate continuous improvement and delivery 
• 👥 Pair Programming: Collaborate with team members through pair programming 
• 🔍 Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards 
• 🔄 Agile Product Team: Work within a product team to build and rapidly roll out new features and fixes 
• 📋 Full Development Lifecycle: Take responsibility for all aspects of development, from understanding requirements and writing stories to development, deployment, and fixes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce 101kudos services.
• Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our services to prospects
• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects to answer any questions and address concerns.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Assist in waterproofing applications and works with a range of waterproofing chemicals and coating products.
• Execute professionalism in waterproofing works.
• Regularly monitor and maintain waterproofing equipment to ensure it remains in working order.
• Perform visual inspections on projects.
• Exercise professional advice to clients when required.
• Perform integrity testing and troubleshooting testing to identify any breaches or defects in the projects' existing waterproofing membrane/coatings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, and React JS.
• Proficiency with server-side languages like Nodejs, and Expressjs.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Postgresql or MongoDB.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.

• In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision.
• You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• If you also have hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you.
• You will be responsible to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.

• 5 to 10 years of end-to-end development using Java & UI technology (ReactJS)
• Good knowledge of any relational database).
• Experience in JavaScript along with an OOP language
• Well versed with testing concepts and methodologies
• Agile/Scrum development and full SDLC from development to production deployment.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
