Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for trading applications.

- Work with product owners and business analysts to understand and write the acceptance test cases.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create test plans.

- Perform regression, performance, and end to end testing to ensure software reliability.

- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.

- Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks for both frontend and backend.

- Report on coverage, functionality, defect aging, closure reports to the stakeholders so that they know the stability of releases.

- Integrate automation cases into CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven 5+ Years experience in automation testing for web and backend applications.

- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright).

- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured).

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Understanding of basic SQL queries to validate data in the databases

- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Prior experience with trading applications or core financial services related applications is a big plus

• Experience in developing enterprise wide web-based n-Tier applications using Microsoft and JavaScript technology stack.
• Fluent knowledge and hands-on experience in C# ASP.Net WebAPI with .Net Core/ .Net 5+, Angular (4/5+) with TypeScript, Angular Material, CSS, HTML 5, Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of nHibernate, IoC Containers, any SQL DB and any NoSQL DB would be an added advantage.
• Having experience in container technology (Kubernetes/Dockers) and microservices implementation would be an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in unit testing using tools like xUnit and mocking framework etc. CI/CD process are an added advantage
• Good knowledge and experience of OOAD, SOA and RESTful based patterns and implementation.
• Good understanding of Design patterns and their implementation
• Should be able to work independently with new technologies

• Proficient with SQL Server/T-SQL programming in creation and optimization of complex Stored Procedures, UDF, CTE and Triggers
• Overall Experience should be between 4 to 7 years
• Experience working in a data warehouse environment and a strong understanding of dimensional data modeling concepts. Experience in SQL server, DW principles and SSIS.
• Should have strong experience in building data transformations with SSIS including importing data from files, and moving data from source to destination.
• Creating new SSIS packages or modifying existing SSIS packages using SQL server
• Debug and fine-tune SSIS processes to ensure accurate and efficient movement of data. Experience with ETL testing & data validation.
• 1+ years of experience with Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Data flow, Azure blob Storage, etc.
• 1+ years of experience with developing Azure Data Factory Objects - ADF pipeline, configuration, parameters, variables, Integration services runtime.
• Must be able to build Business Intelligence solutions in a collaborative, agile development environment.
• Reporting experience with Power BI or SSRS is a plus.
• Experience working on an Agile/Scrum team preferred.
• Proven strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Devising campaigns and strategies to increase end-consumer sign-up
• Being guardian for the Conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the entire merchant funnel - Landing page, Signup, Onboarding, Referral and Engagement
• Handling all merchant lifecycle communication to optimize merchant funnels via emails, sms, push notifications and more
• Working closely with Product team to create viral loops across the merchant and consumer lifecycle to drive sustainable product-led growth
• Working on content for various use cases and mediums - blogs, video scripts, ads copies, landing pages, social media copies, etc.
• Enabling sales and business teams with lead generation - sales kits, testimonials, case-studies to better the conversion funnel
• Improving merchant sign-ups to keep the top-line ticking - community building, webinars, event organization etc. to increase brand awareness

What you need to have:

• At least 3+ years experience working in D2C/ SaaS/ Payments space with focus on building strategies around growth, conversions, engagement and retention either in a product marketing/ growth marketing role
• Ability to build a trackable and transparent leads pipeline for sales teams to hunt
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with analytics and event tracking tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
• Experience with marketing automation tools or CRMs
• Experience with HubSpot would be a bonus    

• 4 to 6 years plus experience in having implemented Hybris Commerce Solution.
• Working experience in Java, Spring, and Hibernate is a must
• Working experience of customizing Hybris Accelerators
• Proficient in Hybris core concepts and commerce concepts including, but not limited to, Hybris PCM Data Modeling, Endeca/SOLR, WCMS/ Customer Experience Manager, Cockpits, Cron jobs, internationalization, personalization, security concepts, and REST.
• Proficient in the catalog, order management, promotions, B2B commerce.
• Should have experience in handling multi/Omni-channel architecture through related Hybris Channel management modules.
• Good understanding of integration patterns/methodologies of Hybris with Organic SEO Search, Faceted Search, and Commerce Search.
• Should have exposure on the continuous integration build tools and code quality tools
• Working experience of Integration with external services such as payment gateways, Order management solution using Web services such as REST and SOAP
• Working experience of SOLR Search Engine is a plus
