We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Incentive Analyst to join the SmartWinnr team. This role involves ensuring accurate calculation and validation of incentive payouts for our stakeholders, analyzing data to provide actionable insights, and supporting the effective execution of incentive plans. The Incentive Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align incentive models with client requirements and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Calculate, validate, and ensure timely and accurate incentive calculations in compliance with established policies.
- Prepare and deliver analytics and insights related to incentive programs for client stakeholders.
- Ability to setup, understand, validate SmartWinnr’s Incentive system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of incentive data and alignment with client goals.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to highlight key incentive metrics and trends.
- Design, manage, and maintain client-specific incentive models that align with their business strategies and market trends.
- Analyze existing client systems, databases, and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and refine incentive compensation models, ensuring they meet client requirements within defined timelines.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends to enhance incentive program design and execution.
- Partner with internal teams to drive innovation, process automation, and improvements across incentive and data analysis functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Information Systems Management, Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in incentive compensation, MIS, and/or a similar analytics role, preferably working with companies in the pharma or BFSI sectors. Experience in incentive compensation is a must for this role.
- Advanced Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis techniques including Data Mining, Data Modeling, and Machine Learning.
- Proven ability to design and manage incentive systems, calculate incentives, and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, business intelligence, and database management.
- Ability to analyze large datasets to uncover trends and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and client profitability.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strong interest in data analysis, innovation, and leveraging technology to drive process improvements and enhance client outcomes.
