We are seeking a skilled Angular Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in developing web applications using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript. As an Angular Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining user interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop user interfaces for web applications using Angular framework.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application operation.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in web development.

- Strong proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and CSS pre-processing frameworks such as SASS or LESS.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries such as React or Vue.js.

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the software development team, providing guidance and oversight throughout the development process

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and ensure that they meet regulatory requirements and industry standards

Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance

Ensure that software development processes are efficient, effective, and scalable

Work with external partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of software components

Develop and maintain a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement within the software development team

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve product development processes

Provide technical leadership and expertise to other teams within the organization

Represent the software development team in cross-functional meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders

Hire and groom, mentor the right talent.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on medical devices or other regulated industries

Experience leading software development teams and managing the software development lifecycle

Strong technical skills in software development, including experience with software development tools and programming languages

Experience working with regulatory requirements, such as FDA regulations and ISO standards

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Setup, Manage customer support team, Setup KRA, SLAs using fresh desk like customer support tools.
• Keep your team motivated.
• Keep tab on all issues which are reported by various sources
• Keep in touch with Product team for new releases and training teams according to their responsibility
• Check quality of customer support tasks and plan the trainings & reinforcement sessions for improving in general customer support quality
• Report to management about customer success reports
• Invent/discover new channels and method to improve customer success
• Manage  budgets of Customer support team requirements
• Take care of hiring and retaining customer support teams
• Do upkeep of tools used for Customer success such as fresh desk, chat etc.

Information Security Responsibilities:
You are responsible for protecting the information resources to which they have access. Your responsibilities cover both computerised and non-computerised information and information technology devices (paper, reports, books,  recordings, computers, removable storage media, printers, phones, fax machines, etc.) that they use or possess.  You Must follow the information security practices set by the ISO, as well as any additional departmental or other applicable information security practices.You are expected to adhere to all Screen-Magic policies and exercise good judgement in the protection of information resources.
