Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Technical Consultant to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects. This

pivotal role involves customizing and configuring the D365 F&O platform to meet unique business needs

across various industries. The ideal candidate will bring a robust mix of technical expertise in D365

applications and a client-oriented approach to ensure project success. Responsibilities include executing

the customizations and developing custom reports. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-

 System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications according to

project specifications. Implement advanced functionalities and custom workflows to enhance business

processes and user experience.

o Demonstrate strong programming skill using Dynamics AX, X++ and its related technologies/tools to

develop customizations in MS Dynamics 365 F&O.

o Delivers high quality X++ code with defined quality standards and guidelines.

o Developing custom reports and dashboards in D365 F&O

 Training and User Support: Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users. Provide

ongoing support and troubleshooting, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and system adoption.

 Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest updates and features in Dynamics 365

and related technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to existing configurations and

practices to enhance system performance and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

 Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Applications/Information Technology/Engineering.

 Candidates with Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate certification will be

preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

in the last 3 years, as a technical consultant.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. The Head of Technology at Grab will work closely with the Founding team and lead a team of 30 people comprising backend, frontend developers testers.
2. Grab ’s current technology stack is LAMP and it houses Android applications along with backend modules. The candidate’s role will be to revisit the architecture and aim   the team towards it.  
3. Grab shall be diversifying into various new processes that will create opportunities to create new products which the Candidate shall take ownership of.
4. The Candidate's role apart from owning existing product lines will also be to create enterprise versions of Grab’s stack.
5. Candidates will obtain a deep understanding of the business side and accurate processes and systems around it. He/She will gather feedback from various stakeholders   and continuously refine tech offerings.

Primary Duties

• Build a broad knowledge across various systems and processes via knowledge transfer and capture any missing information on the wiki

• Gather software requirements by talking to various stakeholders and document them

• Implement software solutions after discussing the requirements and taking direction from the Technical lead and talking to other colleagues within and outside the team

• Provide necessary effort and time estimates for tasks to aid scheduling and prioritization

• Provide necessary 3rd line support to the Operations teams including software fixes as needed

• Work on any BAU development activity including on-boarding new data sets and delivering new markets into the system

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Essential

• 4+ years’ experience of programming in Java.
• 4+ years’ experience working with SQL including complex queries, stored procedures, views, database design and solid understanding of database concepts (preferably SQL Server)

• Willing to carry out operational data tasks alongside developing new solutions
