We are looking for a developer responsible for the design and development of technology-based applications using the Unreal Engine, ensuring the performance and quality. You will work with the team to create interactive and narrative experiences. Critical to your role will be your ability to quickly understand big picture objectives, work independently and leverage your talents to take projects to the next level.

Experience: 0 - 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Senior Programmers to implement interactive real-time features, user interface and functionality using the Unreal Engine for desktop and mobile experiences.
• Contribute ideas and solutions on all aspects of interactive real-time production and development.
• Developing proof of concept interactive prototypes for clients and internal initiatives.
• Working closely with creative teams to determine when a prototype is required and functional requirements of the prototype.
• Working on R&D to find technical solutions for client challenges.
• Developing proof of concept on technologies like AR/VR.

Requirements :

• Comfortable developing in Unreal Engine 4 in .C++
• Implement functionality as per communicated design
• Translate design specifications into functional concept/design.
• Ability to debug and QA projects.
• Knowledge in XR is appreciated.
• Capable of jumping into code hands-on to iterate on prototypes quickly.
• Ensure best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate the problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization and automation.
• Willingness to learn about new and emerging technologies.

We are looking for skilled Senior Full-Stack developers who can architect and develop large-scale enterprise applications using React.js for front-end and Node.js for API's.

Responsibilities :

●      Review application requirements and interface designs.

●      Identifying web-based user interactions.

●      Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.

●      Writing application interface codes using Javascript following React.js workflows.

Role Responsibilities: 

• Participate in requirements gathering, identify and document user needs after extensive research through interviews and discussions with target users and stakeholders from the business. 
• Design effective new user experiences as well as improve existing ones. Validate the created User Experiences to meet envisaged goals and stipulated standards. All this should be done within agile sprints.
• You are expected to collaborate across the spectrum with product development and marketing teams to facilitate dissipation of the deeper context of the product being worked upon. 

Expected Expertise: 

• Preferably have a B.Des/DesDegree or equivalent degree with experience in Design industry with an amazing design portfolio. Have 0-3 years of experience in UX Research. 
• A user-centred approach to design with experience in conducting user research 
• Experience in employing any of the relevant research methods: unmoderated sessions, Tree sorts, surveys, A/B tests, ethnographic enquiries, UX heuristics and benchmarking, to name a few.
• Effective Communication and collaboration skills that enable team-members to build robust products from the researched insights.
• Should be eager to see the bigger picture by connecting the dots of the product, users, stakeholders and context.

•  Lead the design and implementation of our new web-based user interface for our partner management service
  •    Work effectively with product management, UX designers and backend engineers
  •    Commit to deliver high quality, robust, and accessible user interface
  •    Follow software development best practices including writing unit tests and perform code reviews
  •    Build reusable components and libraries and optimize for maximum performance
  •    Provide production deployment support and troubleshooting

What you need to be ready:
