We are looking for a Trainer Sourcing & L&D Coordinator who excels in hiring expert trainers through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms. The ideal candidate will also coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) programs, ensuring smooth execution and effective trainer management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trainer Sourcing & Recruitment:
• Identify, connect, and onboard subject matter expert trainers using LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Build a strong network of trainers across various domains, including corporate training, technical training, and soft skills development.
• Manage end-to-end trainer hiring, including screening, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• L&D Coordination:
• Assist in designing and implementing learning programs based on business needs.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and trainer availability.
• Ensure proper documentation of training programs, attendance, and feedback.
• Maintain relationships with trainers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Process Improvement & Reporting:
• Continuously improve trainer sourcing strategies.
• Track and analyze trainer performance and training effectiveness.
• Generate reports and insights to enhance L&D initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in trainer sourcing, recruitment, or L&D coordination.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and trainer hiring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.

Job Responsibility:

● Build a relationship with the learners who contact Masters’ Union, and be their guiding hand and familiarise them with the product, our vision, and the big picture.

● Understand learners' career needs and guide them with relevant information.

● Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls for follow-ups. Handle learner interactions and queries. Fix appointments and demo sessions on a daily basis.

● Provide timely and accurate responses to learners/parents.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and any gaps.
• Lead the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of projects.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in Workday Integrations and Workday Extend Platform.
• Support existing Integrations and Extend apps by resolving issues and enhancing to add new functionalities.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Extend and provide guidance to clients and colleagues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments using Integrations and Extend.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
• Utilize your business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for technical improvements.
• Work with colleagues across various domains to deliver results and take ownership of both individual and team outcomes.

Qualification & Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in Workday Integrations and 2 apps development using Extend is required.
• Passion towards technical development and critical ability to understand current code and resolve issues. 
• Deep understanding of Workday Extend platform, including building custom applications and integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, with experience in integrating Workday with third-party systems. 
• Good knowledge of Integrations and Extend security framework.
• Ability to work with HR, finance, and IT teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Cloud Platform Core forms the foundation of SAP Cloud Platform, providing key capabilities and services around platform core components [like Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes], extension factory, commercial infrastructure services, platform services, data management services etc

As an integral member of the SAP Cloud Platform Core Unit in Bangalore, India, you will be contributing to development in one of the following areas:

1. Data Management Services for Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes Environments – Both SAP Managed and Cloud Provider based data management services
2. Kubernetes as a Service – Multi-Cloud Kubernetes Cluster as a Service
3. Kernel Services – Enable the development of SAP CP Kernel Services -   technical services used by all SAP cloud solutions to make the Intelligent Enterprise a reality for our customers

• Demonstrate excellent quality, design, development and delivery skills in scrum teams working in short development and release cycles.
• Use and extend Open Source frameworks heavily and contribute to them, as well.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Excellent programming know-how in JAVA/JavaScript/C++/NodeJS/Ruby/GO or in any other languages especially framework development. Deep expertise in at least one programming language & tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code
• Passion towards adopting and contributing to open source
• Ability to work with the team in the design and development aspects for the product
• Good understanding of building scalable Web Applications/Cloud Services using cutting edge Web Technologies (JQuery, Server-Side JS, REST, OData)
• Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Programming Principles, Design Patterns, Software Architecture
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Goal-oriented team worker with good communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Sound understanding cloud native development and architecture
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in software development

• Hands-on programming expertise in Java OR Python
• Strong production experience with Spark (Minimum of 1-2 years)
• Experience in data pipelines using Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.,) on large scale unstructured data sets
• Working experience and good understanding of public cloud environments (AWS OR Azure OR Google Cloud)
• Experience with IAM policy and role management is a plus
