The successful candidate will work directly with clients & vendor to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible & managed. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Manage Social Media Channels & Initiatives Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/Creative partners Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Use and continually develop leadership skills Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or on a related field is highly preferred. 1-2 years professional experience in a corporate setting. Must be able to work with little supervision, be detail-oriented, flexible in terms of hours and responsibilities as work requires, and able to organize multiple priorities and work deadlines High level of professionalism and ability to work with senior level executives. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with the ability to learn challenging internal software programs. Strong project coordination skills. Financial Acumen. Ability to interpret contracts. Understanding of how engagement structure influences revenue. Laser focus on profitable delivery at project and firm levels. Ability to balance client-centric delivery with business needs. This role is part of the client delivery team.
The position requires building presentations maintaining a coherent visual environment and applying dynamic content including but not limited to animations, video, excel data, and interactivity. Responsibilities and Duties: - Experience in creating high-level PowerPoint presentations with advanced knowledge of animations and information design. - Able to execute assigned projects within established timing - Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and quality - Experience in integrating multi-media elements using various software for optimal performance - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines - Ability to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skills Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: - Interactive experience and/or presentation design - Expert with a background in PowerPoint and MS Office. - Advanced capabilities and expertise in PowerPoint (Adobe Acrobat a plus) - Able to format, covert, utilize audio and video files - Working knowledge of graphics applications

Should be able to manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
