Data AnalyticsRole: Data Analyst (Apprentice - 1 Year contract)
Location: Bangalore, Hybrid Model
Job Summary: Join our team as an Apprentice for one year and take the next step in your career while supporting FOX’s unique corporate services and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your communication skills, technical expertise, analytical and problem-solving competencies, and customer-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in analyzing and solving data-related challenges.
· Support the development and maintenance of corporate service and BI platforms.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
· Participate in training sessions to further develop technical and analytical skills.
· Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and insights in data.
· Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
· Engage with employees to understand their needs and provide support.
· Contribute insights and suggestions during team meetings to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (2024 pass-out).
· Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
· Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
· Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
· Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is an advantage.

Job Description
FOX is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and contribute to delivering a top-notch recruitment experience. In this role, you will engage with interviewers and candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide essential support to our recruitment team by assisting with interview coordination, maintaining data and ensuring a positive candidate & hiring manager experience. Building strong relationships with hiring managers, the talent acquisition team, and candidates will be crucial for success.
Snapshot of Your Responsibilities
● Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently to ensure a seamless process.
● Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed of interview details.
● Provide scheduling support for talent acquisition team meetings. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports
● Maintain a strong candidate and hiring manager experience, striving for excellence.
● Analyze recruitment data to derive valuable insights and contribute to process enhancement.
● Develop and manage team documentation and sites for streamlined operations.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment coordination.
● Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information about the company, position, and interview process.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
● Support the recruitment team in coordinating pre-employment checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
What You Will Need
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Previous internship or coursework related to human resources or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
● Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel will be preferred.
● Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday experience preferred but not mandatory.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
● Self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
● Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
● Capability to assist with technical tasks such as updating google sheet and creating PowerPoint presentations.
● Willingness to learn new programs as required.
● Capacity to handle diverse workloads and prioritize tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Aptitude for recognizing and escalating pertinent issues, tasks, and requests.
● Ability to interpret recruitment data effectively.
● Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager & Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and grow our engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with product owners, the product team, and other key stakeholders to refine and manage the development pipeline, evolve engineering processes, and contribute to the overall success of our product delivery.
You will play a critical role in managing our sprints, owning our release process, and defining robust, effective practices tailored to our evolving needs. If you have a strong background on larger teams, particularly in building
enterprise software within the financial industry, and a proven track record with well-defined
processes and quality control, we want you to bring that expertise, adapt it to our context, and
help us achieve operational excellence.
We are looking for someone to come in with well-formed, proven processes that have been
shown to be effective in delivering enterprise-grade software at a rapid pace required in a nimble startup. We may service large enterprises, but we don’t execute like one. An ideal candidate would own their processes,
not be afraid to keep others accountable, and have a relentless, user-focused approach to quality
and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams from 7 to 20+ members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Agile Methodologies: Champion and implement agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to optimize team efficiency and delivery timelines.
• Software Development Collaboration: Leverage your prior experience in software development to bridge communication between engineering and product teams, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and the product team to frequently review the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure that engineering efforts align with the strategic goals of the company.
• Process Improvement: Drive the evolution of engineering management processes, implementing more structured frameworks that enhance productivity, quality, and scalability as the team grows.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee QA processes, including developing testing strategies, managing QA resources, and occasionally taking on QA/UAT testing tasks to ensure product quality.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact between engineering, product, and other business units, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment across the organization.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in software delivery or engineering management roles, with a proven track record in growing engineering teams within a startup environment.

• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience in implementing and optimizing these frameworks within teams.
