Roles & Responsibilities:

●     Team Player, Proactive with Integrity

●     Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports for Sales and Revenue.

●     Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

●     Work closely with Sales, and Operations teams to provide data-driven insights.

●     Identify process improvements and implement best practices in data management and reporting in the future

●     Create reports and visual reports for management to track operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience:

●     Strong knowledge and experience in Google Sheets and Advanced Excel

●     Candidates with prior 2+ years of experience in “ IF Condition Multiple Criteria / VLOOKUP / H LOOKUP / Count if / Count ifs/ Sum if / sum ifs/ Rank / Sum Product / PPT / Charts / Max / Min / Index.”

●     Candidates with prior 6 months experience in CRM ( Zoho ) preferred

●     Candidates with experience in Tenders preferred

Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound customer interactions. Your role will focus on resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and GDS systems. You will act as a key point of contact between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:
