What you’ll be doing :- Identify the key scalable paid acquisition experiments for multiple geographies in order to increase the lead pipeline for the sales team, while at the same time identify the campaigns and methods to increase the conversion rate to maintain positive ROAS to acquire a new customer base internationally. Manage paid campaigns providing the direction on key growth experiments that will power the outcomes required to achieve quarterly revenue targets Oversee the implementation and execution of the paid acquisition ( Google, Bing, Facebook, Youtube and Linkedin ) and aligning with the SDR and sales team in order to increase the conversion of the leads surfaced to the team as well as existing opportunities to closed-won businesses. Plan and execute geo expansion and double down on the geographies which are working well. Minimum Requirements :- Have at least 3 Years of experience of working in B2B technology saas company scaling demand gen using paid acquisition for geographies across Southeast Asia, middle east, and Europe. A clear understanding of running profitable paid experiments internationally Extensive experience in managing a wide range of digital marketing programs - search, display, paid social, and Remarketing campaigns across all channels. Experience in setting up campaign optimize and measurement plans in Google data studio and understanding data significantly to plan growth experiments. Good to have :- Ability to build landing pages on Hubspot and optimize CRO for growth experiments. Basic knowledge and understanding of web technologies to optimize and build high converting landing pages on HubSpot like (Html, CSS, and javascript). In the first 30 days, you will learn :- Understand the security ecosystem and study the competitors on how they are running campaigns Gain an understanding of the existing campaign planning and execution process. Understanding how the team interfaces with other key disciplines within marketing in order to execute campaigns throughout. Get a clear grasp of the marketing stack (Hubspot)and other tools which the marketing team is using and suggest any additional changes to the stack Dig in the previous successful and failed campaigns to understand what went well and what went wrong, ideate a plan of action to optimize existing campaigns to build a growth playbook for paid acquisition. In the first 90 days, you will be doing :- Planning quarterly campaigns of what will work and what will not . Identify the north star metrics to identify the key metrics to evaluate performance and profitability to make informed decisions. Identify and prioritize plan geographical expansion for Southeast Asia and Europe. Have a clear grasp of sales teams’ requirements and prioritize campaigns based on that. Experiment with campaigns to acquire leads at lower CPC, CPL, and reduce CAC. Experiment with new tools to have clear reporting and automate changes to campaigns as we scale campaigns to multiple geographies ex:- campaign hero, Opteo) Learn and understand best attribution practices to identify the lead source of the campaign triggers In the first 6 months, you will be doing :- Ideate and proactively propose new projects that could improve user acquisition, activation, and retention. Define branding experiments to nurture free trial and prospects, to bring them back to the funnel. Experiment with multiple conversion optimization techniques, focusing on landing page score, Ad relevance. Segment churned, lost and potential leads into remarketing and drive them back into the website to take action Create, maintain, and optimize ad campaigns, copies, landing pages, A/B testing, and budgeting. Implement effective dynamic marketing campaigns. Understand the markets we are living in and suggest strategy adjustments to leverage opportunities to be on top of the competition.
