Junior Programmatic Executive
Requirement: Junior Programmatic Executive

The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our. This is a fantastic opportunity to get
hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, campaign performance tracking, and
multi-channel campaign execution within a high-growth industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Learn and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms
• Record daily traffic, registration, and first-time depositor (FTD) numbers for all domains in
a shared spreadsheet
• Record traffic, REG, and FTD numbers by channel across all domains
• Create performance reports for all paid media campaigns
• Monitor live campaign traffic, tracking URLs, and landing URLs for accuracy and delivery
• Review and update landing pages with current promotions, ensuring finished ones are
removed
• Ensure all landing pages display the latest terms and conditions
• Monitor live and completed campaign performance through paid media agency platforms
and portals
• Review internal and external calendars for key fixtures and upcoming events
• Brief paid media agencies on upcoming campaigns and share required assets, including
creatives, UTMs, and banner tags
• Learn and champion new and emerging channels such as Telegram and others
• Support the wider team with campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign reporting
• Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure
campaigns run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
• A graduate or someone looking to start their career in digital marketing
• A keen interest in programmatic buying and digital strategy
• Strong numerical and analytical skills – comfortable working with spreadsheets and
performance data
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills – able to collaborate with both internal
teams and external partners
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset
• Interest in the gambling and betting industry is a plus
The key responsibilities are to understand client briefs, determine requirements, visualize
concepts, and deliver.
