Are you an experienced Process/Mechanical Engineer with strong AutoCAD and proposal drafting skills? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Process & Proposal Engineer to support engineering design and sales proposal activities for process equipment — especially in pharma and industrial segments.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Create GA, P&ID, and layout drawings using AutoCAD

• Perform design, drafting, and detail engineering of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks (ASME/API/TEMA/PED standards)

• Prepare mechanical data sheets, BOQ, costing, and bill of materials

• Review and analyse specifications, drawings, and design data

• Modify and optimise mechanical designs for performance and manufacturability

• Prepare technical & commercial proposals for clients

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for engineering inputs

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years’ experience in AutoCAD (Experience in the Pharma industry — process vessels, liquid/ointment systems, sugar syrup plants — preferred)

• BE Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical / Chemical Engineering

• Strong technical drafting, design fundamentals, and proposal costing skills

• Good understanding of fabrication, plant layouts, and process equipment

Job Synopsis:

Drive organic growth through integrated inbound marketing strategies with deep SEO expertise. Execute data-driven campaigns leveraging AI-powered tools, content optimization, and technical SEO to maximize organic visibility for SaaS clients. Work cross-functionally with content, product, and growth teams to implement search-first initiatives across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

Inbound Campaign Execution :

Develop and execute integrated inbound campaigns combining SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization Create SEO-driven content calendars aligned with buyer personas and search intent stages Implement topic cluster strategies and pillar content frameworks for authority building.

AI-Augmented SEO Implementation:

Execute keyword research using AI tools to identify high-impact opportunities Optimize content for Google SGE and AI-generated search features Deploy programmatic SEO tactics for scalable organic growth Monitor and adapt to algorithm changes and SERP evolution

Technical SEO Execution:

Conduct technical audits using Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and enterprise platforms Implement schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimization, and crawl improvements Execute site migrations, URL restructuring, and indexation management Ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance in tracking implementations.

Content Optimization:

Optimize existing content for E-E-A-T signals and entity-based SEO Create briefs for AI-assisted content generation while maintaining quality standards Implement internal linking strategies and content refresh programs Develop landing pages optimized for organic conversion.

Performance Analysis:

Build GA4 dashboards and custom reports for organic performance tracking Analyze user behavior data to inform content and SEO strategies Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics Generate actionable insights from search console and third-party tools.

Link Building & Outreach:

Execute digital PR campaigns for high-authority backlinks. Manage outreach programs using AI-powered prospecting tools. Develop linkable assets and resource pages. Monitor backlink profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay informed about market changes and opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Description :

1)SAP FI Consultant Chartered Accountant or MBA from premier institutions.

2)Knowledge of IAS/US GAAP/IFRS preferred8- 10 years of relevant SAP Experience.

3)Should have worked on at least 3 end to end implementations or 2 end to end implementations and 1 roll out projects Relevant domain experience and in his domain he should have worked in finance function in a manufacturing vertical Good knowledge in SAP Financial and Managerial Accounting solution.

4)Working experience in New GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Product Costing and COPA Experience in supporting Accounting: Month-End-Closing and Year-End-Closing Strong understanding of integration with other modules controlling, Cash Management and/or Project System Deliver of New Business Request/ Change Request with good quality, the defined timeline and the defined budget.

5)Experience of IDOC ,Interfaces ,LSMW, BAPI ,workflow knowledge & Analyse clients business needs & opportunity to propose the matching solution to client Good verbal and written communication skills.
