- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Write well-structured and efficient unit tests to ensure code quality and proper functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver software solutions from ideation to production, without relying on a dedicated QA team.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and implementing suggestions for improvements.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of NestJS, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience writing and maintaining unit tests for Node.js applications.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in Git version control and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- A self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects and work independently, as well as in a team setting.
