We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Chemical Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing processes for manufacturing, ensuring safety, quality, sustainability, and efficiency. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams to improve production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement chemical processes for production.
• Monitor and optimize plant operations to improve yield, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies to develop new products and processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in manufacturing and propose solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and SOPs.
• Implement best practices for sustainability and energy efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or related field).
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and reaction engineering.
• Experience with process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS, MATLAB) is an advantage.
• Good analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.

•           Knowledge of windows reset

•           Application downloads > recognize if something is blocked (Zscaler knowledge / or know how it works)

•           Migrate user profiles, data, and settings to the new IT environment.

•           Ensure data integrity and security during the migration process.

•           Test and validate migrated data to identify and resolve any issues. 

•           Create and configure user accounts in the new IT environment.

•           Assign appropriate permissions and access rights.

•           Ensure seamless access to resources and applications

•           Provide training and support to end-users during and after the migration process.

•           Assist users with any issues or questions related to the new environment.

•           Develop and maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles.

•           Monitor the new environment for any issues or problems.

•           Troubleshoot and resolve any migration-related issues.

•           Provide ongoing support to end-users.

•           Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks

•           Experience with end-user migration tools and techniques.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software applications for our core product. This includes developing software components including Frameworks, APIs, Websites, Utilities, Databases, and Internet-related tools. Demonstrate technical leadership, mentor junior team members, contribute in effort estimation and identify hardware needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 4+ years working with React Js, exposure to Ember JS will be an advantage
• 5-12 years of industry experience in programming web applications, mobile and/or large-scale enterprise products.
• Proficient in JavaScript, CSS
• Strong experience in one of the following JavaScript frameworks: Ember, React, Angular
• Experience in XML, HTML, IIS
• Familiar with Agile methodologies
• Sense of ownership
• Passion for troubleshooting and problem solving
• Detailed oriented, professional, and possesses a positive work attitude
• Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• Extensive experience creating high-quality software in a team environment
• Experience leading projects from start to finish
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and/or writing and maintaining high-level test coverage, including both unit and integration tests
