We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer with a passion for esports to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading and managing technical teams and a proven ability to drive technology strategy and innovation. Experience in the esports industry is a plus. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and execution of our technology roadmap, aligning with business goals and objectives 
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure and systems 
• Manage and mentor the technology team, including setting goals and providing direction and support 
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize technical needs and opportunities 
• Monitor and analyze industry and market trends, and assess their potential impact on the company 
• Communicate technical plans and progress to senior management and stakeholders 

Requirements: 

• Strong professional experience as a CTO or similar leadership role 
• Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams 
• Strong understanding of software development and delivery processes 
• Experience with driving technology strategy and innovation 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

Preferred: 

• Experience in the esports industry 
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure 
• Experience with agile development methodologies 
• Familiarity with a variety of programming languages and technologies 
• Experience with budget and resource management 

•  Maintaining an updated status of projects that are underway.
•  Tracking utilization of resources and maintaining plan for them.
•  Manage Invoicing.
•  Prepare and track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time.
•  Track project work times and keep accurate timesheets.
•  Run project status meetings, daily stand-ups, and other team   meeting.
•  Data collection and preparation of templates.
•  Coordinate between various internal teams/clients.
•  Document the needs for client.
• Change management if there are any new requirements or proposed changes.
• Knowledge of Project tracking software (Jira ) would be added advantage.
• Experience in handling large volume of data in Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
•  Adherence to the expected roles and responsibilities w.r.t ISMS and QMS.
•  Gathering and analyzing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary snags.

• Drive employee Engagement initiatives through effective employee connect, conduct periodic communication forums, open house forums and town hall meetings
• Should have Experience in EWS, RAG analysis, Skip level meetings, 360/90 degree programme, Managing attrition etc.
• Planning and executing festival celebration in the company for the employee engagement
• Planning and executing varied activities for employee motivation programmes
• Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
• Ensuring constant engagement initiatives are implemented
• To handle operational activities like filing and service logs
• Driving Performance Management Process like ADH assessment, TRP etc.
• Partnering with the shared services, operations and other stakeholders to handle day to day activities. E.g. Leaves, Transfer-Relocation, Benefits, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Employee Engagement - Ensure smooth end-to-end implementation of the assigned processes. This should cover the following activities: 
• Ensure release of engagement Calendar 
• Review and Track Status of open Actionable
• Prepare Dashboards for various employee connect initiatives
• Alert stakeholders on delays / issues
• Employee Grievance handling & providing first hand resolution to the employees
• Manage queries, issues, escalations, if any 
• Any other process/ task allocated as required
• Participate in Knowledge Sessions within or outside the Team
• Participation in events organized by company
• MIS based reports like HR SLA, Attrition, Adhoc reports etc.
• Processing resignations, Conducting Exit Interviews to ensure smooth closure of full & final settlement.
