● Lead end-to-end project execution across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
● Act as the primary delivery contact for customers — running calls, tracking progress, and ensuring transparency.
● Coordinate with Business Analysts and Architects to keep delivery aligned and on track.
● Step in to lead customer calls, demos, or presentations when required.
● Present project updates, roadmaps, and demos effectively using PowerPoint and Salesforce UI.

A B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Sc, an UI specialist should have 5-7 years of experience in UI development. We are specifically looking for a specialist who has:
- in depth understanding of Single Page Application Development.
- high expertise in ReactJS concepts, including the modification and creation of ReactDOM /Virtual DOM elements and testing of ReactJS components (Jest, Enzyme)

o Lead the incident management process and team involved in resolving the

o Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.

similar role.
o Strong knowledge of IT service management software including ITIL and
COBIT.
o Experience working with IT systems and software such as Manage Now,
Fresh Service, Tivoli, SolarWinds, Nagios XI, etc
