Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition partner to join our team in identifying, screening, and hiring top talent across roles for CIS Clients across India ,KSA ,UAE .

TA will be responsible for sourcing both active and passive candidates and cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent through innovative outreach methods. Proactively build talent pipelines for Tech and functional roles .Create successful sourcing strategies using multiple resources tailored to individual business needs and markets .

Conduct detailed candidate screening conversations to qualify prospects for roles /Maintain pipeline funnel metrics and KPI's Create and own an amazing candidate and new hire experience!

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate - TA need to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done Attitude.

Good communications ,Networking attitude , who can work aggressively to achieve hiring targets

5-8 years of relevant Technical recruitment/TA experience (range depends on company seniority) Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding.

Proposal Engineer:

 Education Required:  BE/Mtech -Mechanical/Chemical

Experience: 4-5 Years

Background required for Manufacturing of Head Exchangers, pressure vessels & Heavy fabrication Industries.

Job Details

1.       Handling Enquiries 

a)     Review enquiry with respect to design and executions capability 

b)     Communicate with the customer for resolving incomplete, ambiguous and conflicting requirements.

2.       Thermal design (Aspen & HTRI software)

a)     Understand the customer requirement and carry out the thermal design in Aspen/HTRI

b) Selection of best design for the given parameters.

b)     Carry out the preliminary mechanical design

3.       Costing of equipment and calculate final price

a)     Carry out the costing based on mechanical design, and customer drawing in Excel format

b)     Send raw material inquiries to our supplier and get a quotation for major raw materials

4.       Preparation of GA drawing in Auto cad software if required by Customer.

5.       Prepare technical offer

a)  Review of Customer specifications and prepare Deviation list.

b)  Preparation of technical offer

c)  Discuss with the customer after submitting technical offer and sort-out there queries.

6.  Visit at customer office for technical discussion.

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end for both IT and Non-IT.

• Should have good technical knowledge.

• Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing

• Candidates for assigned requisitions.

• Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.

• Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other

• open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.

• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintaining an internal database of candidates as per their skill sets.

• Excellent sourcing skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR recruiter.

• Proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

• Experience with sourcing techniques.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Serverless experience with AWS lambda or GCP cloud functions
• Working experience with NodeJS & React or other TypeScript/JavaScript web development frameworks
• Working experience with MongoDB or Postgres, writing efficient queries, data modeling
• Previous experience collaborating on highly distributed teams
• Previous experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment
