Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

We’re looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead all technology initiatives for Voiceoc’s US business.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong engineering leadership with deep AI product-building experience — someone who can code, lead, and innovate at the same time.

The CTO will manage the engineering team, guide AI development, interface with clients for technical requirements, and ensure scalable, reliable delivery of all Voiceoc platforms.

Technical Leadership

• Own end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of Voiceoc’s AI-driven Voice & Text platforms.
• Work closely with the Founder to define the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and client needs.
• Oversee AI/ML feature development — including LLM integrations, automation workflows, and backend systems.
• Ensure system scalability, data security, uptime, and performance across all active deployments (US Projects).
• Collaborate with the AI/ML engineers to guide RAG pipelines, voicebot logic, and LLM prompt optimization.

Hands-On Contribution

• Actively contribute to the core codebase (preferably Python/FastAPI/Node).
• Lead by example in code reviews, architecture design, and debugging.
• Experiment with LLM frameworks (OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, etc.) and explore their applications in healthcare automation.

Product & Delivery Management

• Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and deliverables.
• Oversee product versioning, release management, QA, and DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with client success and operations teams to handle technical escalations, performance issues, and integration requests.
• Drive AI feature innovation — identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and predictive insights.

Team Management

• Manage and mentor an 8–10 member engineering team.
• Conduct weekly sprint reviews, define coding standards, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Hire and train new engineers to expand Voiceoc’s technical capability.
• Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and innovation.

Client-Facing & Operational Ownership

• Join client calls (US-based hospitals) to understand technical requirements or resolve issues directly.
• Collaborate with the founder on technical presentations and proof-of-concept discussions.
• Handle A–Z of tech operations for the US business — infrastructure, integrations, uptime, and client satisfaction.

Technical Requirements

Must-Have:

• 5-7 years of experience in software engineering with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Experience integrating OpenAI / Gemini / Mistral / Whisper / LangChain.
• Solid experience with AI/ML model integration, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
• Proven expertise in cloud deployment (AWS / GCP), Docker, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, API integrations, and system design.
• Experience building scalable, production-grade SaaS or conversational AI systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills — capable of interfacing with both engineers and clients.

Good to Have (Optional):

• Familiarity with telephony & voice tech stacks (Twilio, Exotel, Asterisk etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and

customer segments.

• Promote and sell lubrication system solutions including:

o Grease systems: Dual Line, Progressive, Multiline, Spray

o Oil systems: Pre-Jacking, HP-LP Systems, Circulating Systems

• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets across assigned territories.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, end-users, EPCs, and

government entities.

• Manage channel sales network by appointing, training, and supporting dealers and

sub-dealers across India.

• Participate in government tendering processes, including GeM portal-based

opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, logistics) to ensure seamless

customer experience.

• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and customer meetings to demonstrate

value and drive engagement.

• Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.

• Ensure timely collection of payments from direct customers and channel partners.

• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and exhibitions as required.

Job Objectives:

• Lead the design of efficient power evacuation systems to integrate solar power plants with the national or regional grid.
• Design the layout of transmission lines, substations, step-up transformers, and switchgear for large-scale solar projects.
• Perform load flow studies, short circuit studies, and other electrical analyses to ensure the robustness of evacuation systems.
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of power evacuation systems, ensuring they are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Coordinate with external consultants, EPC contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the power evacuation systems.
• Ensure that all evacuation designs are compliant with local, national, and international standards (such as IEC, IEEE).

• Strong experience in Java programming.

Our ideal Customer Success Manager: 

• Has relevant 3 to 7 years of work experience (CSM - 3 to 5 yrs; Sr CSM - 4 to 6 yrs; Lead or Principal CSM - More than 7 yrs)  in a high-touch Customer Success / Strategic Consulting role in a B2B SaaS or Tech Product based company 
• Being an organization that believes in a flat hierarchy, we have only 1 people manager per region for the CS team and everyone else, including those with 15+ yrs of Customer Facing experience add value to the company and its customers in the capacity of an individual contributor 
• Should be open to aligning with the US / EU time zone (5 PM to 2:00 AM / 1 PM to 10 PM IST). Note - The company does provide free lunch + dinner, and a cab drop facility with an additional allowance for the ones working in the US time zone.
