B2B Social Media Expert

Description:

Are you intimately familiar with the LinkedIn algorithm? Do you specialize in growing brand following on Twitter? Are you proficient in defining and executing social media strategies for Quora, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook?  We’re looking for an expert with a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging. As the B2B Digital Marketing Specialist, you will also be responsible for organizing and producing content that follows our clients’ brand guidelines.

Competencies:

• Consistent and self-driven to learn about social media platforms and trends. 
• Strong creative storytelling skills with a focus on visual and content aesthetics.

Skills:

• Working knowledge of SMM tools like Hootsuite, Moz, Loomly, etc.
• Working knowledge of design applications like Adobe Suite, Canva, etc., and other video editing tools.
• Adept at digital tools like Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics/Google Ad Manager.
• Adept at communicating in a professional, but unique social media “voice” for each client; directly aligned with the clients’ thought leadership and content platform.

Experience:

• Demonstrable B2B social networking experience and social analytics tools.
• Experience in managing multiple digital marketing campaigns with the ability to analyze and make recommendations on performance.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs, keyword optimization tools, and social media algorithms.

• Proficiency in economics, accounting, financial statements and/or statistics

Hands-on experience with IDP integrations (Azure AD B2C, Okta, Auth0, or similar), including configuring applications, managing user flows, and troubleshooting SSO issues. 

Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML protocols. 

Experience with RESTful API development and SQL Server/Entity Framework. 

Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular/React) is an advantage. 

Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services and DevOps practices is preferred. 

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• OWASP Secure Code review,• Basic programing knowledge in any programming language and knowledge on secure development practices.
• OWASP TOP 10 vulnerabilities and their mitigations
• Hands on experience in Web Application Security Testing tools (SAST & DAST) and Penetration testing tools such as HP Fortify, Checkmarx, Acunetix, Nessus, Burp Suite, Metasploit., Qualys Guard, Kali Linux , etc.
• Understand/modify exploit code and find logical security flaws in applications
• Should have knowledge and experience on Network Security, Application Security, Internet Security, attack vectors.
• To carry out technical vulnerability assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities and provide recommended controls and support to mitigate them.

Work Location: TVM/Kochi/Bangalore

Experience: 6-10years

• At least 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. 
• Must have experience in application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, access review etc. 
• SailPoint connector development experience with both out-of-the-box and custom connectors. 
• Sound experience in developing applications using Java, JEE components. 
• At least 3+ year of experience with Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, Powershell, and XML. 
• Experience in any other IDM suite (OIM, IBM, Sun, CA, Novell) is an added advantage

• Head the digital transformation and innovation projects from idea generation to new ventures in close collaboration with business stakeholders and external partners
• Present the vision & value of proposed architectures and solutions to a wide range of audiences in alignment with business priorities and objectives
• Plans tasks and estimates for the required research and volume of activities to complete work
• Own and assess non-functional requirements and propose solutions for Availability, Backup, Capacity, Performance, Redundancy, Reliability, Scalability, Supportability, Risks and Costs models
• Provide strategic guidance to teams on managing third-party service providers in terms of service levels, costing, etc.
• Drive the team to ensure appropriate documentation is developed in support of value realization

• Ownership of overall Enterprise Architecture including compliances and standards

Data Architecture

• Ownership of overall Data Architecture including compliances and standards
• Head the overall Architecture blueprint and roadmap applications aligning with Data Architecture
