We are hiring for our founding team (in Delhi NCR only, no remote) that will take the product from prototype to a landing! Opportunity for disproportionate non-linear impact, learning and wealth creation in a classic 0-1 with a Silicon Valley caliber founding team.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Data Strategy and Vision:

·       Develop and drive the company's data analytics strategy, aligning it with overall business goals.

·       Define the vision for data analytics, outlining clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success.

2.   Data Analysis and Interpretation:

·       Oversee the analysis of complex datasets to extract valuable insights, trends, and patterns.

·       Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

3.   Data Infrastructure and Tools:

·       Evaluate, select, and implement advanced analytics tools and platforms to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.

·       Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a robust and scalable data infrastructure, including data storage, retrieval, and security protocols.

4.   Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to identify opportunities for data-driven optimizations.

·       Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication of data insights and recommendations.

5.   Performance Measurement:

·       Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of data analytics initiatives on business outcomes.

·       Continuously assess and improve the accuracy and relevance of analytical models and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics, with a focus on leading analytics teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and advanced knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modelling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex findings to diverse audie 

As the Implementation Lead/Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. You will play a critical role in understanding client needs, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding:

Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales phase to successful system deployment.

Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and expectations.

• Project Planning:

Develop and execute detailed project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and deliverables. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with clients.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including product development, support, and training, to ensure coordinated efforts in meeting client needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.

• Configuration and Customization:

Oversee the configuration of HR Tech SAAS solutions to meet client-specific requirements. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper customization and integration of the system.

• Training and Support:

Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure effective utilization of the HR Tech SAAS products. Provide ongoing support during and after the implementation phase to address client inquiries and issues.

• Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance processes to verify that the configured solutions meet client expectations. Conduct thorough testing and validation of system functionalities.

• Communication:

Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, updating them on project progress, timelines, and any potential challenges. Manage expectations and address concerns promptly to ensure a positive client experience.

• Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the implementation process, configurations, and client-specific details.

Develop user manuals and guides as needed.

• Post-Implementation Review:

Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback, assess project success, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with product development teams to relay client feedback for future enhancements.

You are a desired candidate if you have:

• Proven experience in leading successful implementations of HR Tech SAAS solutions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.

Job Description:

• Have good working knowledge on .Net, Asp.net, C#, MVC, Angular JS, Web (ASP.NET, JQuery, JavaScript), LINQ, HTML, CSS) dot net Core but not mandatory
• Strong MS SQL and ability to write procedure and SQL functions and queries.
• Keen to learn new technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.(Good to have enthu)
• Working exposure to Test, Link, JIRA, GIT, Jenkins, Visual Studio 2015 or later, OOPs concepts, Cloud concepts.
• Should have availability and flexibility to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Proven Track Record in being able to work independently and in team.
• Should be having experience on NET technologies VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, MSSQL, MVC, Web Services, WCF, entity framework WPF, WF and other .NET frameworks, SQL Server

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to spend 80% of the time on hands-on development, design and remaining 20% on guiding on technology and resolving other impediments
• Translate detailed business requirements into optimal databases and solutions.
• Collaborate well with other developers, leads and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant and efficient products
• Significant knowledge of PL/SQL including tuning, triggers, and stored procedures
• Prepare and package scripts and code across development, test and QA environments
• Participate in change control planning for production deployments (assisting leads)
• Performs requirements gathering and analysis on projects (Participation)
• Addresses any requirements changes, improvements or project deliverable issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in full project life cycle (including requirement analysis, system design, development, and support if required).
• Partner with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other developers to plan project work by providing estimates, risk analysis, technical options.
• Support and work collaboratively with teams across areas of design, development, quality assurance, and operations.
• Help define the vision for a product, identify dead ends and routes with untapped potential.
• Attend meetings to discuss and demonstrate solutions at both a technical and business level.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of web application development experience using at least one of the following: Javascript, Web Components, Angular, Polymer, ReactJS, Redux, LitElement, Svelte, VueJS, or knockout.js. Web Components is used and preferred.
• Experience with SPA (Single Page Application) design and implementation
• Experience with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/ and AJAX
• Experience working with a variety of APIs and RESTful interfaces
• Experience with performance optimization
• Experience integrating security best practices into the SDLC
• Experience with Git
• 1+ years of Agile development experience
• Experience manipulating and working with data in a variety of forms: csv, xml, json, structured and unstructured

Desirable Skills

• SQL experience. PostGreSQL a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud environments is a plus.
• Knowledge JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence, or BitBucket a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD is a plus.
• Experience working with databases and web applications in analytics, reporting or Business Intelligence is a plus.

Responsibilities of the PHP Developer Role:

• Proficient in Laravel or other similar framework
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc.
• Knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
• A senior member of a team responsible for the development of the back office system.
• Write code to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way.
• Ensure that code is well structured and documented in best practice.
• Assist in writing development specs to enhance the system and to allow for more efficient work practices.
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Create a test environment and roll out rigorous user testing practices.
• Assist senior management in evaluating and prioritizing system enhancements.
