We are looking for someone who is creative , analytical and a thinker to join our Business Intelligence team as a Senior Tableau Developer in Hyderabad, India 

Responsibilities

• Proficient in all Tableau platforms including desktop, server and web-based including Tableau Prep
• Design, build, maintain & deploy complex reports in Tableau.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using standard statistical tools and techniques.
• Consult with and advise senior management and multiple clients on strategies to improve reporting techniques through automation and the creation of dashboards.
• Generate monthly reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making.

• Gather and document requirements from cross-functional teams and projects, and align on visualization expectations.
• Build best practices of integrating financial and operational data for a variety of data sources; including: MS Excel, SQL, internal forecasting and planning tools.
• Create dynamic dashboards using parameters, filters, calculated fields and applying level of details functionality.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics.
• Systems: Proficient with Tableau, MS Excel, Anaplan, SQL (Oracle, Hive, MySQL) and other analytical applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Business and/or equivalent specialized education and experience in Data Science, Statistics, Data Analysis or related field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Expertise in designing and presenting data using best practices in data visualization.
• Ability to present to variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of best practices and experience optimizing Tableau for performance by optimizing queries, extracts and logic.
• Experience performing administration tasks in Tableau Server in a production environment.
• Experience with connecting and blending multiple data sources.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Job functions/Description:

• Work on building custom web pages and websites for departmental applications.
• Work on improvements to existing web pages and sites, as well as connecting to backend databases to extract and store data.
• Build reports as needed for user requirements.
• Evaluate new technologies around reporting, low-code webpage development and others.
• Assist team lead in testing new enhancements to our websites and reporting solutions.
• Test of the website enhancements that we are doing, especially from a compliance/audit perspective.
• Support and ongoing patching/maintenance of our systems.

• Experienced integrating RESTful APIs into web applications (a plus)
• Is experienced with Github or the likes.
• Should have worked on Payment Gateway Applications.

• Has a technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics (MBA is an asset)
• Technical Product/Software certifications an asset
• Has 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar client-facing role
• Has previous experience in a traditional software engineering or Implementation role.
• Has strong analytical and debugging skills.

• High School diploma or GED required 
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience designing and building scalable web based applications 
• Experience with RESTful web services, Java/Spring framework, NodeJS applications, React & Vue Frameworks 
• Strong relational database modeling and SQL experience (Oracle, MSSQL)f 
• Solid knowledge of testing principle and ability to build comprehensive test suite  
• Demonstrated UI design and UX sensibilities 
• Experience in scripting against Windows/Linux i.e. PowerShell, VB or Unix Shell Script, Python  
• Ability to coordinate the release/deployment process and versioning, code, configuration management 
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket and Opensource Tools and Agile methodologies 
• Experience leading software developers on development best practices as a technical lead 
• Experience with using JIRA (for defect tracking and for ITSM ticketing with Incident/Problem/Change)  

Role Description

• Office 365 Migration Specialist
• Position requires prior Office 365 mailbox migration experience, scheduling migration batches and process management.
• Under the general direction of the customer IT/Security/Okta Teams is responsible for assisting in the planning and support of the migration from multiple on-premises Exchange environments & third party provided Mail services into a single Azure-hosted Office 365 environment.
• Candidates must be flexible to work Monday through Friday

Experience and educational requirements

• Bachelors degree/Any equivalent Post Graduation.

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Role Description

Primary roles and responsibilities

• Hands-on migration/deployment of Exchange 2007/2010/2016 to Office 365 Azure-hosted solution
• Provide Level II/ Level III support for email and messaging systems
• Perform large-scale infrastructure implementations and migrations
• Configure tools for monitoring and use them to proactively identify issues within email & messaging systems
• Deployment of O365 Application (One Drive, SharePoint, Teams) with existing data migration
• Implementation and migration of Exchange Archiving and Journaling.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Develop and train Service Desk and Endpoint Support to resolve level 1 and 1.5 Office 365 issues
• Participate in monthly maintenance windows
• Performs related duties as assigned

• Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices.

• Experience with Veritas Enterprise Vault a plus.

• Certifications in this field are a plus.
