Job Brief:

• Contact prospective B2B Industry customers through available / provided database.
• Create a set of new customer database through data mining of Linkedin & other available channels. 
• Outreach to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and other means of communication.
• Contacting potential or existing customers and inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Identify and qualify leads through consultation and needs analysis.
• Close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities.
• Possess good communication skills in English.
• Be professional and pleasant while interacting with clients.
• Complete process training will be provided by the company free of charge

Required Skills:

• Should have Good communication skills in English.

• Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
• Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
• Generating promising leads to pursue.

Requirements:

• Technical background or qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent command of the English language.

• Ability to interact with prospects, break ice and pitch product.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Researching organizations to identify new contacts and leads by geography, segment etc.
• Running customized mail campaigns to the leads, run follow-ups.
• Cold call to prospects, make cold visits.
• Working on targets, building the pipeline, and consistently meeting the targets.
• Work closely with marketing and content team to develop marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase reach on social media.
• Conduct interactions with prospects, identify and qualify prospects.

• Create a brand and positioning strategy for the company. Own key P&L goals including TVL, User acquisition, and # users across multiple chains

• Design and implement company brand strategy on social media, including Twitter, Discord, Medium, and Telegram
• Build and execute communications campaigns across different Proof of Staking chains that tell the company story to multiple audiences
• Work with influencers, community to expand the audience and widen the reach of the company
• Design community development and engagement strategies. Manage community managers and implement community strategy

Essential Skills & experience:

• Goal-driven, Structured thinker and Operator
• Experience with Community building across social media
• 1-3 years in growth marketing or product marketing, preferably with experience in the blockchain/cryptocurrency space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). Multiple languages is a plus.
• Prior community management experience is a plus
