Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product design, development, and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams in manufacturing, product management, and quality assurance to translate concepts into production.
- Provide comprehensive product support to sales teams, assisting customers with new designs and product recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of the product roadmap for Power and Magnetic products, aligning with market needs and trends.

- Develop and maintain engineering records such as Source Control Documents (SCDs), Engineering Change and/or Process Control Notifications (ECN/PCN), and End of Life declarations (EOL)

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Material Sciences or related field. Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred.5+ years' experience as an electrical / component / applications / NPI / product engineer
- Demonstrated expertise in product design and development within the power and magnetics electronic components industry.
- In-depth understanding of electromagnetic materials and their applications is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of electrical circuit theory, electromagnetic principles, and power electronics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in multiple time zones.
- Ability to understand engineering concepts, research and effectively create white papers, application notes, technical briefs and other product-focused collateral.
- Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability using hands to perform component analysis and testing, PCB assemble and soldering.
- Ability to use standard test equipment including oscilloscopes, Impedance Analyzers, LCR equipment, spectrum & network analyzers, DMM’s, frequency counters, programmable power supplies, temperature chambers, HIPOT equipment, etc. is essential
- Working knowledge of networking technology like 802.3 wired Ethernet and 802.11 wireless technology used as the communication backbone in the laboratory.
- Experience with PCB design for production and/or reference designs. PCB design includes capability to design from customer requirements using schematic capture, implementing PCB design rules, performing circuit simulation and creating multi-layered PCB layouts.
- Previous experience using single-board computers (SBC) like Raspberry Pi, Arduino, etc. is preferred.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, like Python is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
As an Embedded Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for:
● Leading the firmware development for our product line of safety and medical devices.
● Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining embedded firmware.
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, specifications, and architectures based on product requirements and industry standards.
● Implementing firmware solutions that comply with ATEX certification, IEC 61508, and Functional Safety (SIL standards) for devices used in hazardous locations.
● Conducting thorough testing and validation of firmware to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Create and develop PCB layouts based on electronic schematics with proper
component placement and routing to have minimal EMI.
Ensuring the design meets all electrical and mechanical requirements, including size
constraints, signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal considerations.
Expertise in PCB and component Footprint (3D model) and Symbol creation also
monitor, review and drive the library deliverables.
Individual Contributor and take Ownership for library, multi-layer (4 to 6 layers) PCB
Layout, BOM generation till Gerber release and pick & place data for production.
He/She will be responsible for maintaining the 3D model of the designed PCB.
He/She will be handling the queries related to gerber from PCB manufacturers.
Need to be involved in CFT (mechanical, electrical & firmware) for design reviews.
The designer must have hands on experience of Altium, Orcad, AutoCAD like CAD
softwares.
Ensure that PCB designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and
certifications (e.g., IPC standards, RoHS, UL).
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in PCB design technologies, tools, and
