• Monitor and report on sales and demand creation activities in a timely manner.
• Work closely with our technical team to successfully achieve design wins.
• Manage monthly customer forecasts and prepare regular reports.
• Provide training to distribution branch offices for enhanced performance.
• Conduct market research and keep an eye on competitor products.
• Define available market and share by applications.
• Identify projects with high growth potential and acquire resources to maximize design wins.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; knowledge of another language is advantageous.
• Customer-facing role requiring 75% travel across the region.

Requirements

• 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Over 1 year of sales experience as a Channel/Distribution Sales Engineer or Manager.
• Extensive knowledge of the Electronics Components/Systems industry, with a preference for expertise in Appliance, AC-DC, and quick chargers.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, including the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

 Create and develop PCB layouts based on electronic schematics with proper

component placement and routing to have minimal EMI.

 Ensuring the design meets all electrical and mechanical requirements, including size

constraints, signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal considerations.

 Expertise in PCB and component Footprint (3D model) and Symbol creation also

monitor, review and drive the library deliverables.

 Individual Contributor and take Ownership for library, multi-layer (4 to 6 layers) PCB

Layout, BOM generation till Gerber release and pick & place data for production.

 He/She will be responsible for maintaining the 3D model of the designed PCB.

 He/She will be handling the queries related to gerber from PCB manufacturers.

 Need to be involved in CFT (mechanical, electrical & firmware) for design reviews.

 The designer must have hands on experience of Altium, Orcad, AutoCAD like CAD

softwares.

 Ensure that PCB designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and

certifications (e.g., IPC standards, RoHS, UL).

 Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in PCB design technologies, tools, and

methodologies to stay competitive and drive innovation.

 Understand and work with design files in various formats like Gerber, DXF, step, and

ODB++

 Conduct design rule checks (DRC) and electrical rule checks (ERC) to ensure the

PCB design complies with industry standards and design guidelines.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related

field.

 Proficiency in PCB design software and tools.

 Strong understanding of electronics, electrical engineering principles, and PCB

manufacturing processes.

 Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to PCB design and

manufacturing.

 Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Effective communication and teamwork skills.

 Experience with PCB layout in various applications, such as consumer electronics,

automotive, aerospace, or medical devices, is a plus.

 Work experience of 4+ years in design and development of PCBs for power electronics

and embedded applications.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with customer to evaluate safety goals, functional safety requirements; specify power electronic inverter controller safety concept
• Perform system safety analysis
• Generate technical safety requirement (detailed product safety requirement)
• Generate power electronics controllers technical safety concept (system architecture)
• Generate executable simulation model to analyze feasibility and verify completeness of technical safety concept
• Perform change management with the customer and internally
• Generate product functional test plan (compliance testing)
• Perform product functional testing on test bench and car
• Support customer test and validation programs

Qualifications:

• University degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering
• Knowledge on ISO26262 system development process is an advantage
• Experience on safety analysis (SFMEA, FTA, FMEDA, SW Freedom from Interference)
• Strong experience in power electronics
• Good experience on developing safety concept to detect sensor, actuator, motor and inverter control function
• Understanding of vehicle electronic requirements and power electronics systems requirements
• Good experience on electrical machine control and L2 torque estimation Matlab simulation
• Good foundation knowledge of both hardware and software
• Good communication skills

Job Profile: The job profile requires an inter-disciplinary approach to solving technical problems whilst also understanding the business requirements. Knowledge of the power and energy sector and a strong interest in solving national and global energy challenges is a must. This position will involve:

• Developing and maintaining SaaS products for the power and energy sector.
• Working with team members to handle day to day operations and product management tasks.
• Applying Machine Learning techniques to power and energy related data sets. 
• Identification and characterization of complex relationships between multiple weather parameters and renewable energy generation.
• Providing inputs for new product development and improvements to existing products and services.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Software Engineering/Mathematics and Computer Science.
• 1-2 years experience writing code independently in any object oriented programming language. Knowledge of python and its packages is highly preferable (numpy, pandas, keras, OpenCV, sci-kit). 
• Demonstrable experience of project work (academic/internship/job) 
• Ability to work on broad objectives and go from business requirements to code independently. 
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and in a team; 
• Preferable to have some understanding of power systems concepts (Power Generation Technologies, Transmission and Distribution, Load Flow, Renewable Energy Generation, etc.)
• Experience working with large data sets and manipulating data to find relationships between variables.
