Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support the expansion of the FCAT platform across colleges and institutions. This role involves outreach, relationship building, and execution support for internship drives and assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and training institutions for conducting FCAT-driven internship and placement drives
• Assist in lead generation through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, etc.)
• Coordinate with institutional stakeholders (TPOs, placement cells, faculty) for scheduling drives
• Support in pitching FCAT and explaining its value proposition to potential partners
• Maintain and update CRM/database with lead and client information
• Assist in planning and executing campus drives and assessments
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure smooth execution
• Track and report outreach performance and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
• Basic understanding of sales/business development processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Backend & API Engineering (60% Focus)
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices for high-performance AI systems.
• Apply enterprise object-oriented programming best practices for secure, scalable backend services.
• Integrate AI-powered features with cloud-native architectures.
• Generative AI & LLM Development (40% Focus)
• Build LLM-powered features with the OpenAI API or other LLM APIs (reasoning and non-reasoning models, temperature tuning, version control).
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Apply advanced prompt engineering and model tuning techniques for optimized results.
• Deploy and manage solutions using Docker and secure integrations (e.g., SSO, Google Drive).

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience (REST APIs, microservices, OO enterprise architecture).
• 3+ years of experience building AI/ML solutions (LLMs, RAG, OpenAI API).
• Strong hands-on Python expertise and object-oriented design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Langchain, Lambda, Docker, and secure system integrations.
• Proven track record delivering production-ready, scalable applications.

* 0 – 6 Months Experience: 3.1 LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Production Engineer with a BE in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience in manufacturing or production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, and meeting manufacturing targets.

• Production Planning & Control: Manage production schedules and workflows to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Proficiency in CAD software and production planning tools.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.
