Functional Safety Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Zoho One Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of Zoho applications—primarily Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in architecting workflows, integrating modules, automating business processes, and delivering scalable solutions tailored to business needs.

You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and ensure smooth deployment and adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM

• Implement, configure, and customize Zoho CRM modules based on business requirements.
• Set up automation workflows, blueprint processes, validation rules, scoring, and assignment rules.
• Customize layouts, fields, views, and dashboards.
• Integrate CRM with external systems via APIs, webhooks, or third-party tools.
• Optimize CRM performance through periodic audits and best-practice recommendations.

Zoho Books

• Configure Zoho Books for seamless finance, invoicing, and accounting operations.
• Set up tax rules, chart of accounts, payment gateways, automation, and templates.
• Integrate Books with CRM and other Zoho/third-party applications.
• Assist with data migration, reconciliation, and adherence to compliance standards.

Zoho Analytics

• Design and build interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
• Create custom KPIs and metrics aligned with business goals.
• Integrate data from CRM, Books, and other Zoho/third-party systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, identify trends, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Zoho One Suite

• Configure and implement relevant applications across the Zoho ecosystem (Desk, Creator, Projects, Inventory, Flow, etc.) depending on requirements.
• Automate cross-functional workflows using Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, and custom functions.
• Lead migration and deployment activities with minimal downtime.
• Provide post-implementation support and training to ensure user adoption.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing Zoho One applications.
• Strong proficiency in Zoho CRM, and Analytics (must-have).
• Solid understanding of business processes across sales, finance, operations, and support.
• Experience with Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, and integrations.
• Expertise in building dashboards, KPIs, and advanced reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects independently.
• Excellent communication, requirement-gathering, documentation, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho certifications (CRM / Creator / Analytics) preferred.
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, or data modeling is a plus.
• Understanding of accounting principles (for Zoho Books) is an added advantage.
• Prior experience working with SaaS, consulting, or IT service companies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to understand their vision for various projects
• Day-to-Day content development for all marketing initiatives: Stories, Posts, emails, paid ads, website content, blogs, Whatsapp communication
• Translate marketing briefs into meaningful and impactful content
• Work with the marketing team to produce the final design.
• Understand the brand design language and use the appropriate colors and layouts.
• Design packaging collaterals 
• Develop reels and gifs

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, customization, and support of ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to translate requirements into efficient and effective ServiceNow applications. Your expertise in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and Administration will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and forms based on business requirements and best practices.
• Customise and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalogue, to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party systems as needed.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure functionality, stability, and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and functionalities and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its core applications.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI customization, and workflows.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, such as ServiceNow Studio, ServiceNow Developer Studio, and ServiceNow Workflow Editor,
• Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) and web service integrations
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, IT service management (ITSM) concepts, and IT operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• B.E./B.Tech and/or MBA
• At least 6 years of product management experience where you have played a significant role in the creation of new products or had end-to-end ownership of a product
• B2C product management experience, preferably in consumer tech startups

• Responsible for gathering, crunching, collecting raw data.
• Own all data needs in the growth team and across key cross-functional initiatives from data extraction, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
• Provide insights and recommended actions as response to current situation, trend, as well as preventive one for better preparation.
• Collaborate with data engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements, create dashboard, to drive business decisions and optimize business outcomes
• Manage any regular reporting and tracking.
• Deliver analysis, insights, reporting, data marts, and tools to support the business team.
• Build & maintain data mart and dashboards for tracking business OKR and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operation Research or other related disciplines.
• Having 2 - 5 years experience will be an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well.
• Expert in Spreadsheet, SQL and strong experience with Data Visualization and Reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio)
