Role and Responsibility – Sales Executive

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.

• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending

solutions.

• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data

sources. • Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • Must be

energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the

organization.

About Training- Training will be provided for initial few days for an employee to understand end

to end process.

1. End to end accounts Pay Order management / Invoicing / Billing in systems (QuickBooks, Tally or any other ERP)
2. Execution of orders -  starting from receiving Purchase Order to service deployment (Enabling the cloud platform for client)
3. Documentation, understanding of compliance.
4. Client Communication  - Written and verbal communication (Deal with clients, Sales team and other employees. 
5. Reporting  - Various reports (Governance/Monthly/quarterly review reports).
6. Deal with clients, management, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times
7. Complete all the  tasks on time, timelines are critical.
8. Open for new tasks and ready to accept the challenges since this is a dynamic profile.

Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelors degree in commerce from an accredited university and prefer a Bachelors or Masters in finance. A higher degree, CA, CA inter or MBA/PGDBA in Finance will be an added advantage.

1. 1 – 3 years of prior experience working in billing, invoicing and order management.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience working in an IT environment
• Experience developing with C#, C++, or other object-oriented platforms
• 2+ years of web application development
• Skill for writing reusable libraries
• Hands-on experience in ASP.Net, MVC, Restful services, Web API
• Experience in .Net Web API
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Strong knowledge of C# programming
• Ability to troubleshoot problems independently. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Strong Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server scripts and Stored procedures
• Exposure to Agile Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT
• Experience in Service-based architecture

Job Role

As a software developer, you’ll be the brain behind crafting, developing, testing, going live and maintaining the system. You are passionate about understanding the business context for features built to drive better customer experience and adoption.

Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Experience: 2 yrs & above | Salary ∝ Expertise | Rs.5L ~ Rs.12L |

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from analysis to deployment.
• Comply with coding standards and technical design.
• Believes in a systematic approach to developing the system through clear documentation (flowcharts, layouts, &, etc) of functionality, address every use case through creative solutions.
• Adapts structured coding styles for easy review, testing, and maintainability of the code.
• Integrate the developed functionality and/or component into a fully functional system.
• Ensure unit and integration level verification plan are in place and adheres to a great quality of code at all time.
• Active participate in troubleshooting, debugging and updating current live system.
• Verify user feedback in making system more stable and easy.
• Work closely with the Product manager, designers, and other peer developers.
• Preparing technical training documents for onboarding new engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer or in a relevant role.
• Smart Hands-on coder who can independently architect solutions and mentor team members.
• Solid experience in PHP, Node, Mongo, and MySQL
• Should have good Web service and Web application fundamentals
• Understanding of OOPS concepts, Persistence, Threading.
• Should have worked with HTML/ CSS/ Jquery/ Js / API.
• Knowledgeable in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with open-source projects.
• Experience in designing interactive applications.
• A background in Engineering with sound oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with AWS, Azure, Google or OpenStack will be a plus.
• Hands-on a google cloud platform and Experience in Suite CRM is an added advantage.
