We are seeking a Data Analyst who acts less like a technician and more like a Data Consultant. You will blend deep technical expertise in SQL and ETL with the soft skills required to tell compelling data stories to non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Do :

- Strategic Cloud Data Architecture : Lead high-impact data migration projects. You will assess a client's legacy infrastructure and design the logic to move it to the cloud efficiently (focusing on scalability and security).

- Cost and Performance Optimization : Audit and optimize cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift). You will use logical reasoning to hunt down inefficiencies, optimize queries, and restructure data models to save clients significant operational costs.

- End-to-End Data Pipelines (ETL/ELT) : Build and maintain robust data pipelines. Whether its streaming or batch processing, you will ensure data flows seamlessly from source to dashboard using modern frameworks.

- Data Storytelling & Visualization : This is critical. You will build dashboards (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) that don't just show numbers but answer business questions. You must be able to present these findings to C-suite clients with clarity and confidence.

- Advanced Analytics : Apply statistical rigor and logical deduction to solve unstructured business problems (e.g., Why is our user retention dropping?).

2. Technical Experience :

- Cloud Proficiency : 3+ years of experience working within a major public cloud ecosystem (GCP, AWS, or Azure). Note : While we primarily use Google Cloud (BigQuery, Looker), we value strong architectural fundamentals over specific tool knowledge.

- Data Engineering & ETL : Experience with big data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Apache Beam, Databricks, or cloud-native equivalents).

- Visualization : Proven mastery of at least one enterprise BI tool (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).

Key Responsibilities

• Development of test documentation, test and deliver to agreed timelines, quality performance and customer service levels whilst minimising total cost of ownership.

• Develop and/or contribute to the development of Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Readiness, and Test Report documentation.
• Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders teams within the project and working in an integrated test environment

• Hands-on experience working on cloud-based applications, and UI testing.

• Deploy proposed automation tools, techniques and methodologies to ensure solutions and applications are tested and verified to the highest quality.
• Design, implement and maintain the automated test cases, scripts and libraries. • Identify the modularity within a test case which can be separated as reusable logic.
• Assist other team members in using automated test cases for their testing, as per applicability. • Assist in analysing new opportunities for introducing and expanding automation imprint.
• Document the reusable components within automation frameworks.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to corporate testing standards and definition of best practices.
• Automate test methods or source off-the-shelf test equipment
• Apply emphasis on Customer Experience testing
• Perform ad hoc/exploratory testing methodically to ensure the system is working as expected by the end-user
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to peers as required
• Work with CI / CD framework and build test automation to help with various projects
• Create/Develop Test Cases from the project requirements and or use cases in discussion with Engineering

Candidate Profile:

You have:

• Experience in working with Selenium (Java or any other language) is MANDATORY.\
• Should have experience creating or maintaining a selenium-based framework.
• Should have worked in Agile methodology and derived modular test scripts from user stories and manual test cases.
• Should have experience with cross-browser testing using Selenium Grid.
• You should be able to develop automation scripts and perform debugging. Also, identify common functionality and creates re-usable scripts
• You should be able to execute automated test scripts (raise and manage defects)
• Experience with other Selenium language bindings such as Javascript or Python is an added advantage.
• Experience in handling a team

Awesome to have:

• Any experience working in Healthcare Technology Education and Experience:
• Computer Science graduate
• 1-3 years of experience in Selenium with Java
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Testing
• Solid expertise in Linux and SQL DB (Oracle / MySql)
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like GitLab, Jenkins, Jira and X-Ray
• Work experience in CICD pipeline integration and environmental set-up.
• Identification & evaluation of Automation tools/frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly, robust, and scalable Flutter/Android/iOS applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.
• Implement clean and efficient code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns specific to mobile development.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and stability of the applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to fetch and send data from/to the backend servers.
• Work with SQLite or other database technologies to implement data persistence in mobile applications.
• Implement effective UI/UX designs following Material Design guidelines to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to improve application performance, maintainability, and user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by users or clients, providing timely and effective solutions.

Your Day-to-Day

1. Derive Insights and drive major strategic projects to improve Business Metrics and take responsibility for cost efficiency and Revenue management across the country
2. Perform Market research, Post Mortem analyses on competitor expansion and Market Penetration patterns. 
3. Provide in-depth business analysis and data insights for internal stakeholders to help improve business. Derive and launch projects in order to reduce the gaps between targeted and projected business metrics
4. Responsible for optimizing Carsome’s C2B and B2C customer acquisition and Dealer retention funnel. Work closely with Marketing and Tech teams to create, produce and implement creative digital marketing campaigns and drive CRM initiatives and strategies 
5. Analyse the Revenue flows and processes large datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas for Carsome across SE-Asia
6. Lead commercial projects & process mapping, from conceptualization to completion, to build or re-engineer business models, tools and processes.
7. Having experience in analyses and insights in dealing on Unit Economics, COGs and P&L will be preferred ,but not mandatory
8. Use Business Intelligence and Data Science tools to answer the appropriate business problems using SQL, Tableau or Python.
9. Coordinate with HQ Data Insights Team and manage internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic projects
10. Work across different departments/functions (BI,DE, tech, pricing, finance, operations, marketing, CS,CX) and also on high impact projects and support business expansion initiatives

Your Know-Know

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or the equivalent. 
• 3-5  years of experience in strategy / consulting / analytical / project management roles; experience in e-commerce, Start-ups or Unicorns(CARS24,OLA,SWIGGY,FLIPKART,OYO) or entrepreneur experience preferred + At Least 2 years of experience leading a team
• Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college (IIM / IIT/ NIT)
• Must have SQL/PostgreSQL/Tableau Experience. 
• Excellent Market Research, reporting and analytical skills, including carrying out weekly and monthly reporting
• Holds experience in working with Data/Business Intelligence Team
• Analytical mindset with ability to present data in a structured and informative way
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can align business objectives with product priorities
• Good to have : Financial modelling, Developing financial forecasts , development of Financial - strategic plan/framework

 Exp: 4+ Strong C/C++/C#/.net Core development skills with a good understanding of object-
