About the Role

• Work on building, processing and transferring data and dashboards from existing Domo Platform to Power BI Platform.
• Audit existing data systems and deployments and identify errors or areas for improvement.
• Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
• Build Data Documentation and explanation on parameters, filters, models and relationships used in the dashboards.
• Review existing SQL data sources to improve, connect and integrate it effortlessly with Power BI.
• Create, test and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient migration practices.
• Work closely with the current analytics team, to define requirements, migration steps and, have an open and transparent communication with the team on reviewing the migrated reports and data sources for successful outcomes.
• Ensure all dashboards and data sources are thoroughly reviewed by the team before publishing to the production environment.
• Convert business needs into technical specifications and establish a timeline for job completion.

Requirements & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in using Power BI to run DAX queries and other advanced interactive functions.
• 2+ years of experience with Data Analysis and Data Visualization tools.
• 1+ years of experience working with Relational Databases and building SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Data Collection, Cleaning and Transformation processes.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex datasets.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Explaining product features through illustrations
• Creating banners and flyers for digital platforms
• Creating various digital brand assets
• Designing handouts and content required by the brand from time to time.
• Create graphics and layouts for PowerPoint presentations, product illustrations, digital banners, e-mail templates, collaterals, newsletters, social media creative, web layouts, postcards, etc.
• Create and edit videos, multimedia videos, motion graphics, audio videos, animations and infographics, Ads videos, etc.
• Conceptualize slides, displays, and templates into visually appealing designs to ensure final graphics and layout are visually appealing on brand requirements.
• Translate concepts into working models while considering the design aesthetics, brand guidelines, templates, and latest design standards.
• Understand the audience segmentation of the brand for whom the message/ advertisement has been created.
• Focus and analyze the advertisement on parameters like brand logo visibility, product visibility, ad duration, brand cues, product USP shown, etc.
• Use data and research to shape the brand’s narrative and suggest content/ video experiences tailored to the brand’s target audience.
• Ability to run design explorations, creating multiple options to react to and consider by the team.
• Operate tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Microsoft PowerPoint design, etc.

Qualification

• In-depth knowledge of Graphics & Video Software (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Microsoft PowerPoint design)
• A well-rounded experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• License Installations/Swap-out from RFA and PLDS) SIP line configuration and porting a new number from SMGR to CM
• Updating firmware and patch on phones and MG's
• Server restarts that require deeper analysis of logs and further troubleshooting,
• IP Phone registration issues due to network/firmware issues
• Troubleshooting intermittent Server restarts, Call drops and Network-triggered voice quality issues that require traces to be setup at multiple end-points and deep analysis of all collected traces to come up with resolution plan
• Installs the software/firmware/patches/Service packs on the server
• Configures the system as per customer requirement and established project SOW
• Analyzes call flow and works on dial-plan optimization and specific routing requests as defined by requests
• Troubleshooting SIP Server and Session Border Controller
• Informs the customer of any system anomalies, alarms and system administration freeze for the upcoming maintenance activity

• 10+ years developing and designing software products, and demonstrated experience with full software development lifecycle, ideally in a regulated industry
• Strong computer science fundamentals in OOAD, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Fluency in a high-level object oriented programming language (e.g. Java, C#, Golang, C++)
• Strong understanding of professional software engineering best practices for the full SLDC including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience designing and developing scalable, highly available distributed systems / services
• Expertise with services and microservices solution design and delivery covering API design, containerization, and application integration / messaging.

Primary Job Function:

Minimum Education:

Minimum Experience:

• 10 years relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or 5 yrs with MS degree. Will receive additional 2 years experience credit for PhD.
• Good knowledge of software engineering principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential..
• Excellent troubleshooting skills are a must. Strong debugging techniques and experience on using debugger is required and/or use of testing tools to ensure high level of quality of software product.
• Strong working knowledge of the principles of quality software engineering as described by software lifecycle development processes that are consistent with ISO, IEEE, or other FDA recognized standards.
• Experience w/ distributed computing / services (preferably cloud native) software design and development is highly preferable.
