Creative Content Writer - B2B/B2C

Description:

Our clients have stories that need telling, we’re looking for storytellers who weave the right narrative for them. Are you comfortable telling stories of social impact, societal change, industrial evolution, and technological innovation? Are you well-versed with corporate communication, writing content for B2B marketing and sales, and enterprise content marketing? Job Description for the position of “Email Deliverability Specialist”

We are looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist who will be responsible for driving different campaigns like; Drip campaigns, Email and Push channel campaigns etc. and must have in-depth knowledge of email campaign management, marketing automation, channel metrics, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day execution of email deliverability, including onboarding configuration, troubleshooting campaign challenges, creating/segmenting lists.
• Strong understanding of ISP/domain-specific delivery policies, whitelisting and feedback loops with ISPs
• Expert knowledge of “best practices” for sending bulk email and list management
• A good understanding of email end-to-end delivery including IP addresses, DNS, SMTP, authentication and email headers
• Aid in meeting client goals by improving email delivery, unsubscribe rate, and other e-mail metrics.
• Contact vendors on a regular basic including in-depth weekly or monthly calls, or as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, helping the QA Team test email assets across different email clients and ESPs.
• Keep current on the latest trends in email technology.
