Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketer to manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, keyword targeting, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
• Monitor Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for traffic and conversion insights.
• Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance.
• Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages for better conversions.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Track and report campaign performance using Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing (Google & Meta Ads).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and ranking strategies.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and UTM tracking.
• Understanding of ad bidding strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting.
• Ability to analyze data and make campaign optimization decisions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our product initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
• Define and execute the product roadmap for the E-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead the development and enhancement of core platform features, including product discovery, checkout, payments, and post-purchase experience.
• Work closely with Technology, UX/UI, marketing, and analytics teams to improve user experience and optimize conversion rates.
• Analyze customer behavior, competitive insights, and industry trends to drive data-driven product decisions.
• Implement AI/ML-driven personalization, recommendation engines, and dynamic pricing strategies.
• Work on mobile-first optimizations and PWA enhancements for better performance and reach.
• Manage A/B testing, usability testing, and iterative improvements to drive continuous growth.
• Stay updated on E-commerce innovations, payment trends, and customer experience best practices.

• Demonstrable knowledge of SEM (search engine marketing) and online advertising
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) Professional Certification a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies & Product analytic tools.

• To support and maintain existing Java code base, debug the application 
• To analyse user and business requirements and design and implement appropriate solutions 
• To design and code programs following in-house standards and good design principles 
• To ensure that all programs are documented to the company standards 
• To create unit test plans and perform unit testing of the programs
• To provide advice and guidance to other members of the team

• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms 
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns 
• Good knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) 
• Experience in the Spring Framework 
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC) 
• Experience in RESTFul webservices
• Experience with test-driven development 
• Exposure to portal/mobility development - Desired
• Exposure to any of middleware solutions like MQ, Oracle fusion middleware(WebLogic), WebSphere, Open Source

• 3 + years of hands-on experience in developing end-to-end applications using Node.Js.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and Strong proficiency in frameworks (e.g. Express)
• Understanding or experience with programming languages like PHP and frameworks like Codeigniter
• Solid background of Object-Oriented concepts, Data Structures, and web development cycle.
• Experience with relational and graph databases (Mysql, Mongo, Dynamo DB)
• Experience with RESTful web services
• Rich user interface development experience with HTML5 and JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, JQuery, w3css/bootstrap, etc
• Proficiency with code version tools such as Git, BitBucket
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• Proficiency in writing clean and maintainable code
• Skilled with code optimization techniques
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Must be able to write up Technical / Non-Technical Documentation.
