Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud,Spring, Node.js, Django) to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Software Engineer will have a passion for technology, a solid understanding of software development principles, and a desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with senior engineers to develop, test, and maintain software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilties:

• Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for various software applications.
• Testing & Debugging: Assist in testing and debugging software to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Learning & Development: Continuously improve your technical skills by learning new programming languages, tools, and AI methodologies.
• Documentation: Assist in the documentation of software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Customer Communication: Interact with customers to gather requirements, provide technical support, and ensure their needs are met throughout the software development lifecycle. Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude in all communications.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with: Git version control system, Scrum software development methodology, and basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with customers.
• Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Internship/Project Experience: Previous internship experience or project work related to software development is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with back-end frameworks (e.g., Spring, Node.js, Django).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Broadly there are 2 major activities:

Recruitment and co-ordinations

Office Administration

Managing Freelance Consultants / Network partners on end-to-end recruitment activities.

Client co-ordinations – Recruitments and strengthening business relations.

Manage the entire recruitment activity:

Once you have a JD, evaluate / qualify every requirement, understand the client’s expectations completely.

Distribute the requirements to relevant consultants and partners.

Receive the profiles from consultants, evaluate and share it to clients.

Handle end to end recruitment co-ordinations between clients and consultants.

Take control of all prospective candidates during the 2^nd and final stage Interviews and understand their keenness and have backup plans accordingly.

Stay in touch with offered candidates till such time they Join.

Evaluate the running mandates and take appropriate decisions – STOP / HOLD / CONTINUE

Ensure you and your team spends time on productive mandates – TIME / VALUE / MONEY

Manage / Motivate / Assist consultants:

You should manage, guide, and assist consultants for functionally smoothly.

Motive the consultants to earn attractive Incentives.

Evaluate the consultant’s basis their performance, commitments, quality of work, etc.,

Work from home: Considering the current pandemic the work will be from home, in the situation improves, we will have to meet in person once in a week for review meetings.

Work from office: We will evaluate the situations with respect to COVID, have all protocol measures keeping employee safety is key and take a decision, our next evaluation on this would be during the month of October 2021.

Requirements

• B.S./M.S/Equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Java/C++ with 15+ years of experience developing production-level software
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded and asynchronous programming models and their use in developing distributed and scalable systems
• 8+ years experience in developing complex and scalable distributed systems and delivering, deploying, and managing microservices successfully
• Subject Matter Expert in one or more of query processing or optimization, distributed systems, concurrency, micro service based architectures, data replication, networking, storage systems
• Experience in taking company-wide initiatives, convincing stakeholders, and delivering them
• Expert in solving complex, unknown and ambiguous problems spanning across teams and taking initiative in planning and delivering them with high quality
• Ability to anticipate and propose plan/design changes based on changing requirements 
• Passion for quality, zero downtime upgrades, availability, resiliency, and uptime of the platform
• Passion for learning and delivering using latest technologies
