Role:

Creative Content Writer - B2B/B2C

Description:

Our clients have stories that need telling, we’re looking for storytellers who weave the right narrative for them. Are you comfortable telling stories of social impact, societal change, industrial evolution, and technological innovation? Are you well-versed with corporate communication, writing content for B2B marketing and sales, and enterprise content marketing? Have you worked on a large variety of content types - emails, brochures, flyers, social media content, website copy, sales presentations, webinar decks, articles, and whitepapers? Experience:

• Understands marketing KPIs and ROI generated from content marketing programs, including an understanding of how content sources influence audience acquisition pipelines.
• Experienced in writing blogs, product portfolios, reports, web content, brochures, and other marketing collateral for B2B/B2C clients.
• Has a solid foundation in SEO, content strategy, analytics, copywriting, and copy editing.

Remote, Full-time

Evaluation:

Portfolios will be checked for expertise in both B2B and B2C domains. Please share only samples of work done by yourself for actual clients. Share only creative work done for an actual company, strictly no SEO blogs or personal blogs. . Shortlisting will be followed by a video interview.

Key Responsibilities:

Exchange Circular Compliance:

• Monitor, Analyze, and interpret circulars, notifications, and directives issued by exchanges (e.g., NSE, BSE) and regulatory bodies (e.g., SEBI).
• Assess the impact of new circulars on business processes and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., trading, operations, IT) to ensure timely implementation of applicable circular requirements.
• Maintain a circular tracker and ensure that actions taken are documented and auditable.
• Draft and update internal compliance manuals and SOPs based on circulars and regulatory changes.
• Communicate relevant regulatory changes across the organization in an accessible and actionable format.

Audit Management (Internal & External):

• Lead and coordinate periodic internal audits and regulatory/exchange inspections.
• Liaise with auditors (statutory, internal, SEBI, exchange-appointed) and ensure all required documentation and data are prepared and submitted.
• Address audit observations and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with other teams.
• Maintain audit logs, evidence, and historical audit records for regulatory reference and future inspections.
• Ensure closure of non-compliance issues raised during audits within stipulated timelines.
• Conduct periodic internal compliance checks to identify gaps and improve readiness for inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Commerce, OR CA.
• 5-6 years of experience in compliance within a brokerage, stock exchange, or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and exchange rules.
• Experience handling audits and regulatory inspections, including SEBI and exchange audits.
• Excellent document management, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with compliance tracking tools and audit software is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with regulators and auditors.

Preferred Certifications

• NISM Series certifications 

• Hands-on Experience with PHP CodeIgniter Framework
• Proficient in PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery
• Excellent relational database skills with MySQL
• Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap
• Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API
• Lead the entire web application development lifecycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as a liaison between development staff and project manager
• Keep updated & use best practices in web development

• Develop, implement, and maintain applications developed around the Shopify/Shopify Plus platform.
• Knowledge of Ajax, Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery is mandatory requirements.
• Knowledge for Wordpress Theme customization, Plugins installation.
• Answer various questions from our clients and attend the solution delivery meetings with the team.
• Contribute to quality control activities with the team.
• Take part in the improvement of standards within the Shopify practice.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be working on the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end

• Participating in the full development life cycle, including implementing design, coding, testing, and production release
• creating modules and components in React and coupling them together into a functional app
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workaround
• Integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Driving innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development
