Head - People Operations Position Summary In Searce we "find them, grow them, and keep them" - we bring in the most innovative people and challenge them with tasks that help them thrive. As a part of your role you would be recruiting the sharpest minds, cultivating a happier culture within the organisation, developing a talent pool or simply just looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of Searcians. Have you worked in a high growth entrepreneurial environment and been at the driver’s seat while it scales 20x? Are you process-driven with strong attention to detail? Have you led HR technology evaluation initiatives and then driven the implementation, adoption and related change management?
