Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior BDM - Enterprise Sales with deep experience in BFSI (Specifically Lending) who has independently driven mid-to-large ticket technology deals from prospecting to closure, while also growing and managing strategic enterprise accounts.

Key Requirements

Roles and responsibilities

1. Deal Ownership & Closures

● Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: discovery → solutioning → demos → commercials → negotiation → closure (will be supported by Business Head).

● Close mid-to-large ticket deals (Avg. 1 Cr p.a or 4 Crs for 3 Yrs to 5 Yrs TCV deal size ).

● Understand lending workflows.

● Create account penetration strategies for targeted HFCs and NBFCs to get New business logo or Upsell/ Cross sell.

● Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic networking events, referrals, and inbound opportunities.

● Engage CXOs and senior stakeholders across Lending functions (Business, IT & Management).

● Position value-based selling around ROI, operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

2. Pipeline Generation & Forecasting

● Maintain accurate sales forecasting, deal stage hygiene, and CRM updates.

● Consistently deliver quarterly and annual TCV targets.

● Track account growth metrics, new logo, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipeline

3. Commercials, Negotiation & Contracting

● Lead pricing discussions, discounting logic, and value justification.

● Close commercial negotiation while protecting margin and long-term account value.

● Drive enterprise deals to final stages negotiating multi-year legal contracts.
