• Responsible for the entire infrastructure including Production (both bare metal and AWS).
• Manage and maintain the production systems and operations including SysAdmin, DB activities.
• Improve tools and processes, automate manual efforts, and maintain the health of the system.

• 7+ years of experience into DevOps/Technical Operations

The Sales Head is a leadership position with the responsibility of enabling new business through high-quality leads, prospects, and connections with high revenue potential.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement effective sales and growth strategies
• Ability to take targets and deliver it
• Ability to crack enterprise projects in blockchain space
• Develop Policy & Procedures related to Sales Management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales, contribution and SG&A expenses forecasts
• Lead sales team members to achieve sales revenue, network development and profitability targets
• Design, monitor and analyse performance metrics (KRAs & KPIs) for Sales Team Members and suggest improvements
• Manage assigned Key Channel partners and Key customers accounts directly to develop productive and professional relationships

• Perform research and identify new potential channel partners & customers and new market & product opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs and company's policies
• Liaise with Marketing, Technical Services, Accounts, Logistics and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency, brand strengthening and deliverable of targeted services
• Stay up-to-date with market & competitive landscape and new product launches
• Ensure recruitment planning as per need and continuous development of sales team members

As a mindful member of the BiCSoM team you will design rule-breaking mobile applications, web applications, websites, Progressive Web apps, IoT design solutions, Voice solutions using practices of User experience design and User interface design. What are we looking for?

1. We expect you to have your domain knowledge of UX and UI, which includes, Information architecture, empathy map creation, user research, user interviews, low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes, designing UI screens using Adobe XD, prototyping and design hand off to developers 
2. Experts in English language
3. There are few skills which you need to have from get-go:
1. You are a problem solver, polite and someone who values team members and customers

4. You have the ability to explain your design and come up with out of the box design solutions for mobile applications and web sites

7. In terms of day to day work, for 6 months to 1 year you should have done the following:
1. Completed a bootcamp or formal training in UX/UI design 
2. Designed at least 2 mobile apps or websites
3. Thorough understanding of Information architecture, Microcopies, Typography, Material design systems, Cupertino design system, Visual designs, icons and illustrations
4. Conducting user research interviews and design Mood boards
5. UX testing once the product is live
6. Collaborative design workflows using Adobe XD and Framer
7. Documenting your design work based on Style guides
8. Knowledge of Microcopies is a plus
