About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 2 to 4 years

of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be capable

of understanding business requirements, translating them into functional

specifications, and working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and QA

teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

 Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and

clients.

 Convert business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and

process flows.

 Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and business

stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements.

 Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact analysis for new

requirements or changes.

 Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, use cases, workflow diagrams,

wireframes, and user stories.

 Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions with

internal and external stakeholders.

 Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by ensuring proper

documentation and communication.

 Coordinate with QA teams during testing and UAT to validate business

requirements.

 Monitor project progress and help resolve requirement-related issues.

 Identify opportunities for process improvement and business optimization.

 Required Skills

 Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and SDLC.

 Experience in preparing:

 BRD

 FRD

 SRS

 User Stories

Use Cases

 Flow Diagrams / Process Maps

 Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information

Technology, or a related field.

 Experience working in IT services / software development / product

 Exposure to wireframing tools and basic SQL is an added advantage.

 Certification in Business Analysis / Agile / Scrum is a plus.

Role Overview

This role is focused on Growth initiatives at cure.fit. As a Growth PM, you will be responsible for driving growth in users, revenue via a data-driven, experiment-based, systematic approach to growth and execute on key growth initiatives to achieve growth targets. You have 3+ years of experience as a PM or as a Software Engineer focused on building consumer products, especially on mobile devices (apps, progressive web). You come with analytical and data operations skills (ETL) and you are largely self-sufficient in pulling and analyzing data and deriving sound conclusions.

Skill set:

• Prior experience of 3+ years in building consumer products
