Job Description We're seeking a qualified and motivated Business Development Manager who is responsible for developing the sales team. Responsibilitiesย
- 1.Research, develop and create content for Java Full stack courses.ย
- 2. Deliver interactive sessions with group(s) of learners on specific topics covered in the curriculum clubbed with relevant case studies and live examples.ย
- 3. Prepare the learners with updated Java Full-stack technologies & concepts: Hibernate, struts, spring, Core Java, Advanced Java,ย ย Android, SQL, C, C++, Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPS concepts, server-side JavaScript frameworks like Express, Koa, Hapi etc.ย ย (based on Node.js) RDBMS or NO SQL databases, Serialization/Deserialization and Immutability concepts.ย
- 4. Handle and devise end-to-end training - course content preparation, material preparation, case studies, live projects explanation, etc.ย
- 5. Develop technical content โ practise exercise, creating course scenarios, hands on projects, create assignments & test scripts.ย ย
- 6. Create and maintain a database of training strategies, initiatives, modules, and materials.ย
- 7. Review team membersโ content creations and mentor them accordingly.ย
- 8. Design training program based on the needs of the corporate clients.ย
- 9. Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.ย
ยRequirements- 1. B.E/B.Tech with 6+ years of relevant experience.ย
- 2. Excellent communication skills and a passion for training and mentoring.ย
- 3. Good understanding of modern Information Technology, and operations of a SOC.ย
- 4. Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.ย
- 5. Organization skills or previous experience a lead SME.ย
- 6. Preferred to have good experience as a Technical Trainer.
- 7. Good experience creating technical courseware for delivery in a corporate setting.ย
- 8. Good to have Java JDK 1.7 or above development and knowledge of Java 8 features experience.ย
- 9. Desired to have passed at least three technology industry certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, etc.ย
- 10. Preferred to have technology teaching certification such as MCE, MCT, MIE or completion of a technology TTT course.ย
