Job Description: Marketing Head (IT / Website Development)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our IT and Website Development services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in B2B digital marketing, brand positioning, and lead generation for technology-driven businesses. This role will focus on building visibility, driving client acquisition, and creating marketing campaigns that highlight our website development, design, and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote website development and IT services.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, email, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Build brand positioning and messaging that differentiates our services in a competitive market.
• Generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns, content marketing, and partnerships.
• Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with business growth objectives.
• Develop case studies, portfolios, and client success stories to showcase expertise.
• Oversee website and landing page optimization to improve conversions.
• Manage company presence at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B IT/technology marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand building.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, and CRM systems.
• Experience in promoting website development, design, or IT solutions.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Hands on SCCM L3 Administrator

Management of site communications. (Bandwidth, Senders, Secondary Sites, etc.) Monitoring and troubleshooting site replication issues

Role-Based Administration: Managing custom roles and security scopes Planning and securing SCCM using security certificates.

General monitoring of site health via SSRS, log files, and the SCCM console.

Planning, configuring, and implementing a backup plan

We are seeking an experienced Spring Boot developer with a passion for esports to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining web applications using Spring Boot and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in the esports industry is a plus. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain web applications using Spring Boot and related technologies 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code 
• Collaborate with the design and product management teams to implement new features and functionality 
• Work with the DevOps team to ensure proper deployment and monitoring of applications 

• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise 
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation 

Requirements: 

• Strong professional experience with Java and Spring Boot 
• Experience with building and deploying web applications 

• Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Spring MVC or Spring WebFlux 
• Experience with Git and version control 
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills 

Preferred:

• Engage directly with customers to design, develop, and deploy AI enterprise applications on the

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) field
• 3+ years professional experience in a customer-facing role building enterprise cloud software applications
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts
• Solid understanding of databases types and trade-offs
• Demonstrated proficiency in Java and/or similar programming languages
• Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving techniques
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field; graduate degree in complimentary STEM or Business field
• Experience building and deploying AI-based enterprise applications
• Solid understanding of common machine learning techniques, applications, and trade-offs
• Demonstrated proficiency in javascript and/or similar programming language
