Job Description
Must Have
1) Conga / Apttus CPQ
2) Conga CLM (must have)
3) Conga pricing and order creation APIs, with complicated pricing logic using price lists, price list items, promotions, rebates, manual discounts, approvals
4) Conga Cart related features
5) contract creation and reclining for CLM

Responsibilities
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Creating timelines and development goals.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

A Developer/Sr. Developer is responsible for writing clean and flawless code to produce fully functional modules or apps according to the requirements; as part of day-to-day work. A Developer/Sr. Developer is expected to possess expert level knowledge of Force.com platform and
an analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Mandatory skill requirement:

1. Salesforce Configuration and Customization experience
2. Hands on Experience in Vlocity FlexCards, Omniscripts, dataraptors
3. Experience in Vlocity Health/Insurance domain

15-24 months of Vlocity expereince

• Design, build and support technical solutions and systems with highest quality.
• Create software architecture, high level design, low level design documents
• Own systems scalability and resilience
• Define and drive adoption of coding best practices
• Define technical roadmap and vision for technical products.
• Work closely with engineering counterparts, product managers and business stakeholders to achieve company goals.

Experience & Skills Required

• Strong understanding for technical concepts – Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems and event driven architecture.
• Ability to build scalable systems while thinking strategically balancing short and long term approaches.
• Wide knowledge of architecture standards and design patterns
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English - Communicates effectively in all situations and creates an environment of open and effective communication.
• Strong knowledge of best engineering practices
• Ability to work under minimal guidance
• 7-10 years of software development experience, of which 5+ years should be on salesforce

 

 

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Collaborate with Developers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SOQL
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and integration concepts

- Perform a thorough analysis of requirements i.e.Obtain a deep understanding of the desired output

- Check whether the implementation is possible or not; respecting the Salesforce environment's limitations or governors

- Evaluate whether stated requirement (or a part) can be achieved via configuration before opting for coding

- An optimal code design solution of complex requirements,Thorough impact analysis of the planned development

- Develop high quality scalable code by Following Salesforce.com and Silverline-CRM standards/best practices

- Leverage recommended frameworks (ex. Test framework or Trigger framework)

- Fix all bugs reported from QA/UAT,Work on deployments through recommended tools and methodologies.

- Follow DevOps processes i.e.Use recommended IDEs

- Enhance skills and capability in USABILITY focussed development

- Exhibit good interpersonal skills by being a team player, staying approachable and collaborative.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 - 7 years experience in Software Development

- Relevant 2-4 years experience with SFDC

- Good in communication and interpersonal skills

- Certified Salesforce - Platform Developer I

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science

Good to have :

- Architecture Experience

- Experience working with US based / headquartered companies

- Work Experience in Healthcare & Insurance Industry/clients.
