Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and basic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Maintain applicant tracking and follow-up with candidates
- Support the onboarding process – documentation, induction, welcome kit, etc.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases, spreadsheets, and employee files
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related queries and tasks
- Support in preparing HR reports and performance tracking
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational HR work
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in BBA / B.Com / BA / or related field
- Interest in Human Resource Management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

What you will do:
- Partnering with the finance and benefits team to administer payroll and benefits
