Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
- Manage employee relations, employee engagement, appraisals, PF, ESI, etc.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2+ years experience in Human Resource in manufacturing/industrial company.
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

- Lead frontend team and work with Engineering Team to design beautiful products and thoughtful interactions that make the experience of working with data seamless!
- Help us design and optimize the performance of our products.
- Some of our users work with large data sets and have complex workflows that they manage with Atlan. You will be expected to prioritize user experience while building for scale.
- Design and develop products for diverse personas—data analysts in a large FMCG company, a data scientist working with a large fintech organization or a business user in a product startup.
- Collaborate across teams to achieve company-wide engineering goals and contribute to building a great engineering culture.

- Design and develop solutions to complex technical problems spanning the development of product features, quality validation, and deployment to customers

What skills do I need?
- 4+ years of experience building large scalable systems

- Must have experience in delivering software via complete Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline

- Bachelor / Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
A good team player with expertise working as part of Agile teams. Hands-on experience in practising Scrum, XP and Kanban.
- Strong hands-on experience in web development using ASP.NET MVC and C#.
- Usage of SQL and no SQL databases
- Hands on experience in test-driven development and DevOps practices
- Strong design capabilities, following SOLID principles using C#
- Well-versed with pair-programming
- Working on solutions hosted in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
- Implementation of Continuous Delivery processes
- Usage of Git
- Good understanding of Behaviour-driven development and domain-driven design
