🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🛍️ Sales & Customer Service

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Ensure a superior customer experience through high service standards.
• Monitor footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and feedback.

👔 Store Operations

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain proper visual merchandising and in-store display standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure timely stock audits, inward & outward stock documentation.

👥 Team Management

• Supervise and train staff on product knowledge, SOPs, and service.
• Motivate the team to meet sales goals and performance benchmarks.
• Prepare and manage shift rosters, leave schedules, and manpower planning.
• Conduct performance reviews and give regular feedback.

📈 Reporting & Compliance

• Analyze store KPIs and prepare regular sales and operational reports.

• Coordinate with HO/Area Managers for promotions, VM changes, or campaigns.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and grooming standards for store and staff.

✅ Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (MBA/Retail Management preferred for SMs).
• 2–4 years (ASM) / 5+ years (SM) in apparel or fashion retail management.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and customer buying behavior.
• Proficient in POS systems, MS Excel, and inventory tools.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• High attention to detail and a hands-on management approach.
• Willing to work in shifts/weekends based on retail operations.

Manual Tester with Airlines Cargo domain experience

•       Experience: 5–12 Years

Skillset and Responsibilities of Agile QA

Skillset:

• Experienced test analyst or consultant with 6-10 years of experience in software testing

• Robust knowledge and prior experience in Airline Cargo domain

• Prior work experience in Agile scrum or SAFe 

• Experience in requirement understanding and user story grooming 

• Ability to understand the functionality of the application under test

• Testing Tools: Microfocus ALM, JIRA, ReadyAPI, Enterprise Architect

• Prior experience in backend service testing with ReadyAPI or Postman, API debugging/root cause analysis

• Working knowledge of microservice architecture and cloud database

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline (GIT etc)

• Working experience in defect management process and tools 

• Working knowledge or experience in automation tools (Cypress, Selenium) will be nice to have

 Responsibilities:

 • Define the functional and technical approach to the implementation of the tests

• Help estimate the scope and size of the testing effort for each user story/product backlog within the PI Planning

• Analyze user stories and design/develop Test Models and Test cases

• Review test model and test cases with BA / Product Owner

• Develop backend test suites in readyAPI for user story testing 

• Identify frontend regression test cases and handover to TA team for automation

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for microservices 

• Execute automated backend regression test suites in pipeline for iterations and PROD releases

• Analyze of test results, defect logging and retest

• Work closely with developers to assess and advise on testability

• Test throughout the sprint

• Work collaboratively and productively with the product owner /Business owner and the customer to form acceptance criteria, Help to define definition of done (DoD)

• Present tested feature within iteration reviews and system demos 

• Attend and actively participate in PI Plannings  

• Participate all sprint planning , pre- and post sprint release ceremonies

• Meet with developers and BAs for short hand-off demonstrations and share the iteration demos with the devs 

• Attend sprint retrospectives and ART retrospectives 

• Help in Determining and advising which tests should be automated at which layer

• Help the developers or the TA team in writing automated tests and analyze the results of the automated tests

o Negotiate and get into commercial agreements with schools

o Upsell our other payment products in the schools

• Stakeholder Management in Schools:

o Enable Jodo to liaison with the schools tied up with, for close to

everything from meeting the parents, to doing events etc.

o Forge a strong relationship with the school management and principal

and be their first port of call on anything to do with finances

• Team Building- Build a high quality sales team and lead it in that city
