Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a talented Engineering Team of 8+ members.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and assist them in their career progression. Set OKRs, progress checks and do performance evaluations.
• Manage the development pipeline to deliver features on schedule while maintaining high bar for quality.
• Closely Interact with other functions such as PM, Design, UI/UX, Art, QA, and deliver planned features.
• Perform Design reviews, Code reviews
• Create a solid Tech backlog that involves modernizing tech stack, set goals for performance improvements.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Should have 8+ years of professional experience in mobile, development using C++, C#, PYTHON, GO Lang, Javascript.
• Should have 2+ years of experience in managing teams, including hiring, mentoring and building strong teams.
• Shown ability to motivate teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Job Description –

IT Recruiter • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

• Source potential candidates on LinkedIn/Naukri/Monster/CV Library & other platforms.

• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. Excellent understanding of ATS.

• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements and ensuring collection of relevant information in the database.

• Presenting most suitable candidate profiles for internal/external reviews.

• Arranging interviews on phone/video/in-person.

• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

• Initiating onboarding of selected candidates.

• Performing background and reference checks.

• Reaching out for current job openings to passive candidates & consistently following up with prospective candidates.

Skills Required – IT Recruiter

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter with minimum 2 years’ experience

• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

• Solid knowledge of sourcing and work well in fast paced environments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task and work effectively as a team player

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

• In depth knowledge of HTML5 • In depth knowledge of CSS3 (Less, Sass, Stylus is a plus), knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred

• Detailed knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015 is a plus) is a must

• Good knowledge of Node.js & npm

• Gulp or Grunt experience is a plus • Experience with Atomic design paradigm is a plus

• Experience in any JS framework(Angular, React + Redux, Vue, etc.,) is must

• Understanding of Web Accessibility WCAG guidelines.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.
