As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for executing campaigns and initiatives across multiple marketing channels, with a focus on email marketing, marketing automation, and lead generation. You will work closely with the Brand Strategy team and other members of the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies aligned with the business objectives and long-term customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that leverage marketing automation capabilities.
- Drive lead generation efforts by implementing effective strategies and tactics within marketing automation platforms. Create and optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and lead scoring models to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
- Use analytical tools and data sources to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and design, to align marketing automation initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and other relevant privacy regulations to ensure compliance with marketing automation practices.
- Stay informed about marketing automation trends, tools, and best practices within the B2B technology industry. Conduct research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization in marketing automation strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in marketing automation or digital marketing for a high-growth B2B technology business.
- Hands-on experience in setting up automated campaigns using platforms like Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar marketing automation tools.
- Expertise in implementing web tracking technologies such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Snowflake, etc.
- Strategic mindset to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

We are looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist who will be responsible for driving different campaigns like; Drip campaigns, Email and Push channel campaigns etc. and must have in-depth knowledge of email campaign management, marketing automation, channel metrics, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day execution of email deliverability, including onboarding configuration, troubleshooting campaign challenges, creating/segmenting lists.
- Strong understanding of ISP/domain-specific delivery policies, whitelisting and feedback loops with ISPs
- Expert knowledge of “best practices” for sending bulk email and list management
- A good understanding of email end-to-end delivery including IP addresses, DNS, SMTP, authentication and email headers
- Aid in meeting client goals by improving email delivery, unsubscribe rate, and other e-mail metrics.
- Contact vendors on a regular basic including in-depth weekly or monthly calls, or as needed.
