About Flutter Developer: 

We are looking for a Flutter and NodeJS developer with experience in building and publishing apps for iOS 

and Android. 

Your primary focus will be the development of mobile applications and the development / integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and the creation of quality products is essential. 

We are a fluid organization, and there will sometimes be expectations of tasks beyond the stated job description. For instances, you may be asked to assist with testing other functionalities, or to assist with a production support incident. Changing customer priorities will also mean switching out of an unfinished task to focus on a higher- priority task. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

* Designing and building mobile applications using Flutter frameworks. 

* Working closely with other technical specialists for the technical architecture of features.

* Collaborating with and guiding other team members to define app features and dependencies. 

* Ensuring the quality and performance of the application to specifications.

* Identifying potential problems and resolving application performance bottlenecks.

 * Publishing application on Apple App Store and Google Play Store. 

* Designing and implementing application updates.

Prerequisites: 

* Experience in development of Android/iOS applications and have deployed them on Google Play/AppStore. 

* In depth understanding of Object-oriented programming languages like Java and C++. * Experience in the Flutter framework. 

* Experience in Dart programming, developing and integration of Rest APIs, GetX state management, Firebase Cloud Messaging API, working with Map APIs, Caching Data using Hive and integration of payment gateways. 

* Comfortable using test cases for debugging code, enhancing performance and reliability.

* Experience in developing Rest APIs using NodeJS and MongoDB. 

* Familiarity using version control tools like Git and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Participating in the entire product lifecycle (analyze, develop, test, release, and support.
• Contributing to research for new web and mobile technologies and recommend solutions to improve interface designs and interactions
• Testing, debugging, and fine-tuning to optimize the application’s performance.
• Designing intuitive applications to enhance users’ experiences.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• 2+ year experiences of mobile/web application development and system integration.
• Must be a skilled programmer with knowledge of coding best practices and ability to produce highly readable and maintainable code.
• Management and support of Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience in API development and integration with third-party APIs
• English communication is required. Great communication skills to coordinate across technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with and lead other development team members.
• Ability to work in multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Specialization in IONIC must.

KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERTISE IN THE FOLLOWING ARE AN ADVANTAGE:

• Specialization in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Experience with web service integration (REST, JSON, XML).
• Experience or knowledge with Git, Gitlab, GitHub is a plus.

• 3+ years proven work experience as a Mobile developer.
• Experience using web services (HTTP, REST, SOAP) using JSON, API and API Framework) .
• Good knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and Multi-threading concepts
• Good knowledge of the SQLite database and the Google Play Services like Push Notifications (fcm/sns)
• Strong mobile UI design (multi-screen resolutions), coding, support and maintenance
• Knowledge of HTML5, Bootstrap, JavaScript,
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs (like Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Proficient iOS and Android mobile app experience are a plus
• In-depth knowledge of at least two Framework/Libraries like React Native / Ionic / Framework7 / Aurelia / PhoneGap / Flutter and angular / react / vue / Mobile Angular UI/ Kendo UI.
• Knowledge of bench marking and optimization
• Mandatory : self sufficient developer and must have prior experience of hybrid development [atleast 3 projects]

• Testing mobile devices to ensure their configuration, operation, and capabilities work efficiently.
• Working with device manufacturers, product managers, and development teams to test and optimize mobile products.
• Developing automated test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance.
• Working with a variety of databases and coding programs, such as Objective-C, Java, HTML, as well as XML and JSON feeds.
• Updating operating systems, specifically iOS, Android, Blackberry, and WindowsPhone 7.
• Producing clear and concise test reports and releasing notes to co-workers when needed.
• Providing feedback to development teams on technical, troubleshooting, or operational issues.
• Assisting with the configuration of test environments.
• Suggesting new processes and policies to improve mobile development techniques.

Mobile Test Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelors in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a similar degree.
• At least 3 years experience in mobile application testing and development.
• Working knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android.
• Experience in developing automated test scripts.
• Ability to develop software applications using programming or scripting languages such as Java and HTML.
• Experience in using configuration management or version control tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitoring apps and fixing bugs for improving performance.
• Refactoring/Rewriting obsolete code to align with the new architecture.

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Experience: 1- 5 yrs in android development
