🔍 Hiring: Concurrent Audit Manager – Banking (Chennai | Immediate Joiner)

We are looking for an experienced Audit Professional with strong banking operations background and hands-on concurrent audit experience to lead our audit team for a reputed banking client.

🔑 Key Requirements (Mandatory Combination)

1️⃣ Banking Experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience in lending operations, including:

Retail Loans

Corporate Loans

Trade Finance

Foreign Exchange

Credit Processing / Loan Documentation

Any Lending & Credit Operations

2️⃣ Concurrent Audit Experience

Must have real-time internal audit exposure, including:

Daily transaction checks

Loan file verification

KYC/AML review

Compliance monitoring

Identifying operational gaps & control weaknesses

Reporting deviations as per RBI/internal audit norms

🔒 Only candidates with BOTH Banking + Concurrent Audit experience will be considered.

📌 General Responsibilities

Lead a team of auditors for daily/weekly concurrent audit

Review advances, loans, deposits, cash, and branch operations

Ensure timely audit report preparation and submission

Liaise with bank officials for clarifications and follow-ups

Maintain audit quality, documentation, and compliance standards

📚 Qualifications

CA / CMA / CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA / CAIIB

Strong communication skills

MS Office (Excel/Word) proficiency

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will provide essential support to the Financial Controller in managing and maintaining the financial accounting system and records. The role involves preparing financial statements, offering financial advice and support, and collaborating with internal and external auditors. The position requires flexible working hours aligned with the Kuala Lumpur time zone (7.30 a.m - 4 p.m).

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to manage and maintain the financial accounting system and records.

- Prepare monthly management accounts.

- Adhere to flexible working hours according to the Kuala Lumpur time zone (7.30 a.m - 4 p.m).

- Liaise with both internal and external auditors.

- Provide other financial advice and support as needed .

Qualifications:

- M.com Graduate.

- Preference for candidates pursuing CA/CMA/ICW certification.

- Must have at least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in auditing.

- Possess extensive knowledge of financial nuances.

-Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation:

The Annual salary for this position is in the range of 3 to 3.5 LPA (Indian Rupees).
