JOB SUMMARY:  The Senior Associate supports the Data Analytics Manager by proposing relevant analytics procedures/tools, executing the analytics and also developing visualization outputs for audits, continuous monitoring/auditing and IA initiatives. The individual’s responsibilities include -

Understanding audit and/or project objectives and assisting the manager in preparing the plan and timelines.

Working with the Process/BU/IA teams for gathering requirements for continuous monitoring/auditing projects.

Working with Internal audit project teams to understand the analytics requirements for audit engagements.

Independently build pilot/prototype, determine appropriate visual tool and design the views to meet project objectives.

Proficient in data management and data mining.

Highly skilled on visualization tools like Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx etc.

Working with Data Analytics Manager to develop analytics program aligned to the overall audit plan.

Showcasing analytics capability to Process management teams to increase adoption of continuous monitoring.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders of internal audit.

Coaching other data analysts on analytics procedures, coding and tools.

Taking a significant and active role in developing and driving Internal Audit Data Analytics quality and knowledge sharing to enhance the value provided to Internal Audit stakeholders.

Ensuring timely and accurate time tracking.

Continuously focusing on self-development by attending trainings, seminars and acquiring relevant certifications.

GL, AR, Expenses. May need Cash Management if it becomes in scope.

Load Rapid Implementation spreadsheet, GL Allocations, Journal, AP, Expense approval workflow & SLA configs

POSITION SUMMARY:

Should have completed minimum TWO end-to-end Fusion Finance implementation, up-gradation, lift & shift and support projects experience,

  Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials Functional in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, FAH, Intercompany, Expenses Management, RMCS, Procurement modules,

  Should understand business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and preparation of functional design documents,

  Should be able to manage the Finance track independently, interact with clients, conduct business requirements and training sessions, etc,

  Should conduct CRP, UAT & SIT sessions with clients/stakeholders,

  Experience in implementing financials cloud, configuring workflows, issue resolution and customization across all finance modules,

  Solid understanding of Enterprises Structure, COA, Structure, and Hierarchies, Flex fields, extensions set up in Fusion Financials,

  Experience in working with Oracle support for various issue resolutions,

  Experience in various financial data upload/migration technique (FBDI & ADFDi) and related issue resolutions,

  Reporting (Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), SmartView, OTBI),

  Experience in supporting Period closure activities,

  Knowledge on tax (Withholding and Transaction tax) setups,

  Experience in reconciliation financial data between GL and Subledger modules,

  High-level Knowledge of end-to-end integrations of Financials modules with other modules like Projects/Procurement/SCM/HCM,

  High-level Knowledge of other fusion modules (SCM or PPM) functionality is a plus,

  Should have excellent communication and presentation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in legacy system migration, server management, and deployment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and migrating an existing Java/JSF (PrimeFaces), EJB, REST API, and SQL Server-based application to a modern Spring Boot architecture. The role involves ensuring smooth production deployments, troubleshooting server issues, and optimizing the existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

● Maintain & Enhance the existing Java, JSF (PrimeFaces), EJB, REST API, andSQL Server application.

● Migrate the legacy system to Spring Boot while ensuring minimal downtime.

● Manage deployments using Ansible, GlassFish/Payara, and deployer.sh scripts.

● Optimize and troubleshoot server performance (Apache, Payara, GlassFish).

● Handle XML file generation, email integrations, and REST API maintenance.

● Database management (SQL Server) including query optimization and schema updates.

● Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth transitions during migration.

● Automate CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Ansible, and shell scripts.

● Document migration steps, deployment processes, and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java, JSF (PrimeFaces), EJB, and REST APIs.

● Strong expertise in Spring Boot (migration experience from legacy Java is a must).

● Experience with Payara/GlassFish server management and deployment.

● Proficient in Apache, Ansible, and shell scripting (deployer.sh).

● Solid knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).

● Familiarity with XML processing, email integrations, and Maven builds.

● Experience in production deployments, server troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

● Ability to work independently and lead migration efforts.

Preferred Skills

● Knowledge of microservices architecture (helpful for modernization).

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
