Requirements:

Job Title: Python Developer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5–7 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong proficiency in data analysis tools and PySpark, along with a solid understanding of SQL syntax. The ideal candidate will work on large-scale data processing and analysis tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

Python: Hands-on experience with Python, specifically in data analysis using libraries such as pandas, numpy, etc.

PySpark: Proficiency in writing efficient PySpark code for distributed data processing.

We are looking for an HR Operations professional who can help build and streamline HR systems, processes, and employee experience as the company scales globally.

This role will work closely with leadership to ensure efficient HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
• Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HRIS systems.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes.

We are looking for someone to join our growing team, you will be involved using Rust. Additionally, you will be building tools for our blockchain users such as RESTful API.Debugging/fixing issues within our codebase.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing clear, quality code to develop the best software. You will test your code, identify errors, and iterate to ensure quality code. You will also support our customers and partners by troubleshooting any of their software issues.

Responsiblities:

Rust (5+ years)

Software Engineering experience, Python, JAVA, REACT etc.

Hands on experience with tooling related to Rust (build systems, package managers, unit testing, CI pipelines)

Ability to develop software, implement mission-critical features, and navigate through a large codebase

Experience with code review process and ability to conduct them

Strong ability work in a team environment

Fluency in Git and Github

Ability to follow Agile development process

Attention to detail and ability to producing production-level code

Active approach to work, taking initiative to define and complete tasks

Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills, ability to work independently

1. Plan and execute strategies to increase lead generation, sales through the use of innovative means, database analytics and team management and monitoring.
2. Plan and test databases to ensure Tele Sales team has good database at all the times.
3. Setting and Meeting sales performance targets.
4. Ensure tele sales team is adequately trained on software & processes and the same are followed diligently, including DNC rules without fail.
5. Monitor and train the team.
6. Supervising Tele calling to persuading customers to become Members as per approved scripts and objections. Monitoring random calls to improve quality minimize errors and track operative performance. At 25% of all Sales must be closed by this Position.
