Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to candidates Follow up with candidates from Pre interview till their joining to ensure the on- boarding. Regular follow-up with the on-boarded candidates and generating new references Strong in using Microsoft Office Preparing Daily Status report, Weekly report and participating in Daily recruitment review meetings and weekly review call with Manager Doing thorough checks on interest towards the opportunity, fitment against various aspects like compensation, time required to join, location, commutation etc. Calling up the potential candidates as per the requirement and need of the organization.
