his role is an integrated part of the digital business group operations team, responsible for creating and analyzing the digital performance metrics, highlighting performance dynamics/trends, providing data-driven insights to leaders to drive optimization actions. Key responsibilities: Work closely with the operational leaders and gain profound knowledge of digital business, providing support in building an integrated management system for Digital Business Group Collect and create weekly digital performance metrics as well as commentary for leadership discussions Support leadership cadence and adhoc requests Build skills and competency in the areas of digital business to become a digital SME, to provide advisory support to the leadership team and execution teams in the business unit . Become an advisor in terms of digital metrics that would contribute to/influence the set up of digital standards/governance May be assigned to special projects for exposure and overall growth opportunities Qualifications Sound numerical and analytical skills, advanced excel skills including development of macro (scripting skill is a plus); Strong presentation skills in terms of building clear, concise and informative reports, as well as presenting in a professional manner Strong business acumen, ability to apply creativity and judgment in identifying and analyzing complex problems and providing recommendations to leadership team Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skill, demonstration of maturity to work with senior leadership Ability to work under pressure and/or pressing deadline Proficient in MS Office; tool savvy, quick learner in digital/data analytics tools.
